Courteous and polite resolution of computer order issue.
I was experiencing computer problems accessing a remote delivery address for my order and decided to contact the Sales Administrator. The lady resolved my issue by directly placing the order on my behalf, thereby overcoming the problem. This was done efficiently, politely and in a courteous manner.

There was no stock available in Korea…
There was no stock available in Korea for SUS316 quick links. The fact that they can be purchased even in small quantities seems to be a very significant advantage.

Tecni came back to me with a query regarding my order. Following discussion by email, I changed the order. This was all dealt with speedily and without quibble, including a refund for the lower cost. Items now in use on our canal restoration.

Poor service
Poor service, contacted them via their website on the 11th January 2026. It's now the 14th of January 2026, and still no reply. Was trying to give a local Fife company my business

We certainly would not ignore any customer enquiries so be assured that there must be an issue with the system somewhere. We did notice that you wanted to use a local Fife company, we just wanted to make you aware that we are not in Fife, we a re a wire rope manufacturing company in Somerset. Maybe there has been a mix up with who you have tried to contact.
