This is the first time I have used this company, which carries a certain amount of unknown, ie will they get the order right, how long will it take for it to arrive and how good is the quality.
On all counts I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Great service!
My original order went astray courtesy of Royal Mail, but sales dept quickly rectified this with a next day replacement shipping. Great service and only wish all companies had Tecni’s approach to customer service!
