Misleading picture
I made the mistake of not reading the small print and being misled by a picture. I ordered one item assuming it was a pack of 10 as per the picture. I purchased and received one item of one. Clicking and reading the additional information afterwards it says items are sold individually. So purchasing one item at £3.80 actually cost £10.50 which would have been reasonable for 10

Phenomenal Service
Excellent service! From my initial contact till when the unit was shipped, all my questions were answered well above my expectations. It’s rare to get service of this caliber these days, as Tecni looked to properly address my concerns and make sure the tool was correct for my application. They even checked in to make sure everything was handled appropriately and to see if I had any further questions. The shipment came quick and the product is above my expectations!

The parcel was securely packed and arrived quickly so your side went very well. A diagram with part names labeled would be helpful and make the instruction book easier to follow for non-English speakers.
However FedEx are not precise about time : At 5p.m.the day of delivery was put off until the next morning having been scheduled for before 1p.m.

Well if I hadn’t found this company to supply swaged ball ends with the correct tooling at a reasonable price I couldn't have modified some left hand drive Range Rover handbrake cables to fit a right hand drive and work 👍🏻
