I booked a morning slot, no communication, I had call many times to progress my service appointment,The mechanic came at 7.30pm, Evening!!! was a top guy, did his best, The whole process was not smooth, and AA need to look at how they allocate and book appointment, so not very impressed with company, Mechanic was what saved this, by explaining and applying common sense. Otherwise I would have scored this lower

Samuel Carr went above and beyond, he was courteous, kind and as a woman, I felt safe and not as though I might be ripped off. He was professional and I could not have wished him to be more helpful. He really is an asset to the AA and I have spoken highly about the AA since. He was friendly but not overly and honest in his assessment and provided honest, realistic and financially viable solutions for me. I felt heard and would definitely use the AA again and recommend to friends and family.

Failed to turn up for home appointment. Rearranged for much later appointment on same day but not acceptable. Ended up going to garage. Overall not a good experience.

Booking service was easy but when it came to the day for the mechanic to arrive I got a phone call cancelling the service as they couldn't get the parts!! I then got an email confirming my wish to cancel the appointment that they had cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund

Absolute shocking service 3 calls all hung up still not received confirmation of the work done not be using again

Arrived on time, the mechanic was pleasant and polite, completed the job well.

The online booking was fine enough - I was told I'd get a text in the morning of the mobile service to confirm arrival time - that never came. The mechanic was friendly enough but didn't complete all the diagnostic steps after the oil change (specifically resetting the oil life in the ECU) which meant I had to call up to arrange a follow-up to get this done. They insisted they don't do this, when any professional level Autel or Launch tool will be capable of doing it. I have been back and forth on the phone negotiating this being put on hold for 10-20 minutes every time. Friendly staff, but hold times are unacceptable. Still waiting for resolution. Get told something different based on the different advice from the "tech team" each time. It's making me think about cancelling my cover.

Don’t call the any questions number they lie to you concerning arrival slot and there is no 15 minute phone call prior to arrival
Be prepared to wait in all day

The wrong parts were fitted by the garage which were supplied by your supplier,which I was not informed about before the the fitting.This resulted in been informed by the garage I could not remove the car until I settled a new invoice in which was double the price.
