Excellent stay and really comfortable. Our hosts had really thought of everything and were at hand if you needed any help.

Incredible stay, we were a group of 6 staying in 3 stargazing tents and everything from the tents themselves, the view, the amenities and the hospitality was faultless. Tents were well stocked and had everything necessary for a perfect glamping experience. The covered spaces were such relaxing and cosy areas to barbecue, chill out, eat, play boardgames. Breakfast on the terrace with the view of the lake was a major highlight personally. The fast communication and incredible helpful and friendly hosts really made the whole experience wonderful. Also is a great location with a nature reserve down the road and plenty of activities to do nearby (including the challenging but fun aqua park!)

Such a gorgeous location with lovely little touches in the bell tents and outdoor chill out space. The views are stunning. The bell tent was comfortable and relaxing. Lovely clean shower and bathroom which makes a real difference too. Hope to be back!

Fabulous experience! We booked for a birthday treat and took our 3 teenagers. We all loved it….Beautiful location and wonderful views. Tipis are stunning and really well fitted out with lovely comfortable beds and furniture. The BBQ area is a delight with hammock and swinging chair, fire pit and benches. Again all beautifully done. Hosts are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! Absolutely highly recommended. We will be back! Thank you it was a memorable birthday! X

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Hide in Manton Bay.
The setting was idyllic with beautiful views from our private deck over Rutland Water.
The tent was spacious and extremely comfortable with a king side bed.
The hosts (Natalia and Matt) were always available to answer any questions and were more than happy to recommend local pubs or sites to help us enjoy our stay.
We would highly recommend anyone to enjoy a few nights at The Hide.

Me and my wife can't recommend the hide at Manton Bay enough. Everything about it was stunning. From the views to all the lovely little details within the belle tents. The hosts (Natalia and Matt) on site were incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much of a bother for them. We will certainly be booking again in the very near future!

The Hide at Manton Bay is the most unique site set amongst apple trees overlooking Rutland Water. We stayed in a stargazer belle glamping tent where we had a comfortable king sized bed and extra special touches such as ground coffee and cafetière. The view from our private deck was amazing and the perfect place to enjoy a drink or catch the sun’s rays. We also had our own kitchen and seating area with cooking facilities, fire pit/bbq and hanging hammock and chair - a really lovely area to relax. The individual bathroom facilities located close by in a shepherds hut are ‘out of this world’ so special and immaculately clean. We were able to explore the local area which included the Osprey Centre ( a stone throw from the site), hire bikes, a short drive away, to cycle around Rutland Water and to visit Stamford and Burghley House. The lovely campsite hosts, Natalia and Matt, were attentive and always available to answer any queries. We would highly recommend staying at this unique site and will definitely return again soon.

A unique experience in close proximity to Rutland Water. The stargazing safari tents are situated in a tranquil orchard with stunning views overlooking the reservoir and Burley House in the distance.

My wife and I spent the weekend exploring the area and watching the Ospreys nesting on the lake. The visitor centre is just a short walk away, and the Osprey hide is only a 15 minute walk. A perfect location for walking, cycling or a boat ride.

Natalia and Matt have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A lovely decking area to watch the sun setting, and an individual kitchen area and bbq/fire pit for when the sun has set and the stars come out.

The individual bathroom facilities in the shepherd's hut nearby were immaculate.

Natalia and Matt are excellent hosts and on-site if needed. We would highly recommend staying at The Hide and we will definitely be returning.

The venue is excellent, the views are fantastic and the hosts are nothing but warm and accomodating.

I spent a weekend with my partner in one of the Stargazer Belle Tents and had a wonderful time. We spent our days adventuring around Rutland Water - there is a lot on offer - while our evenings were on the tent deck watching the sun set over the water, or lounging in hammocks by our own secluded firepit garden.

Also, if the name didn't give it away there's a great view of the night's sky from within the tent - really relaxing to fall asleep to.

A word to the bathroom facilities, everything is new and stylish, and the hosts have gone to lengths to give you privacy with individual toilet/shower suites.

Speaking of the hosts, Natalia and Matt are a lovely pair whose incredible effort into their project shows in just how enjoyable our stay has been. When you find yourself there, catch Natalia in the evening for some great company and interesting life stories.
