I couldn’t be happier with my Nibs…

I couldn’t be happier with my Nibs pyjamas. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable, and they feel like real quality from the moment you put them on. They’ve quickly become my go-to for relaxing at home as well as sleeping.

The fit is perfect – not too loose, not too tight – and they still look stylish while being unbelievably comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and details.

Customer service was excellent too. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was fast, and everything arrived beautifully packaged.

Easily the best pyjamas I’ve ever owned. I’ll definitely be buying another pair and recommending them to mates.

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer Service. I have been a regular customer (multiple purchases per year) since company started. But I will NOT be buying from them again. I
I purchased x2 pairs of pj’s, £140 was taken my account immediately. A week later I received half of my order, inside the parcel was copy of invoice stating 2 x embroidered pjs but only ONE pair pjs was in the parcel. I immediately emailed - there was no option to call - with photographs of the parcel and contents. The following week a representative contacted me by email casually suggesting “let’s sort it out” so I resent all the information again but since then I have received NO updates as to what happened to my money/order. Very poor experience it has completely put me off ordering from them, been daylight robbery.

Wrong item sent and they Charge postage for return.

I ordered a king size duvet set. This is clearly stated in the order/receipt emails and on the order sheet included with the goods. The duvet set they sent was actually Double size. The King size is no longer available so I have to return the item and pay £3 postage. This is really not acceptable for a mistake which clearly sits with Their Nibs. I will not be buying from them again.

It’s completely understandable to be frustrated — you ordered a King size duvet set, and receiving the wrong size due to our error is not acceptable. We take full responsibility for the mistake and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

You absolutely should not be out of pocket for returning an item that was sent in error. I can see that you contacted customer service and that a free returns label was sent out to you.

This company has the best customer…

This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced.They answered my email outside of the working week, they’re very quick, polite and go above and beyond to support. On top of that they deliver quickly and I’ve loved every purchase. I will be continuing to buy their products. I’m very impressed.

Lower quality when purchased direct than in John Lewis

Having previously purchased a really once pair of PJs made by this company in John Lewis, I ordered some shorts from them directly.

Sadly, these are totally see through, completely oversized (not listed as such, but a size 14 is at least an 18...) and shades of differing fabrics used in construction do not match each other. It was also covered in loose threads (from manufacture, not the fabric itself) and many don't match the colour of the garment -a sure fire sign of items being made in a rush without usual quality control...

Returns policy is awful -customers to bear cost of return and without the usual reference to consumer rights -e.g. if you return your whole order, they must refund original postage costs. So basically hope consumers don't know this right and will pay twice for low quality items not as advertised.

Will not purchase from them again, clearly JL line was a one off...

Order placed and 'apparently' sent out. but on the tracking it never arrived and has been sent back. I need to know where my order is but company does not answer phone.
Not very happy so will now get the bank to dispute the payment.

Do not recommend

Placed 2 orders with this company, ordering a gift for a friend’s birthday. Ordered in plenty of time for the items to arrive. First order placed money taken only for it to be cancelled later in the week as not in stock. Placed a reorder choosing alternative items as still plenty of time to receive this before it was needed only for almost a week later to be told that this item is now too out of stock. It’s ridiculous that customers are treated like this and money taken for items they clearly didn’t have available despite advertising the opposite. I now have limited time to get another gift and also have to wait for the monies taken to be refunded. Absolutely shocking service.

Not good

Not good. I returned a nightdress for exchange nearly three weeks ago, have heard nothing despite numerous emails, and their phone is permanently engaged. I’m very disappointed, as I have bought at least a dozen items from this company and I like the quality. If this isn’t resolved straight away I won’t be buying from them again.

I reached out to the customer service last week about issues with my order and have heard nothing. Their customer service phone number just goes to engaged every time too.

Update:
After posting here I was contacted by the customer service who have kindly offered a refund or replacement for my order. I’m grateful for this, just a shame I had to post here first!

Would not buy again

I’m pretty appalled, had the blue linen blend over sized pjs but scratchy but a really nice fit when they arrived. Followed the care instructions which I luckily saw on the website as it’s not written on the label - cool wash and iron when damp. They’ve completely shrunk and won’t go back to how they were no matter how much I’ve tried ironing.

Shrinks

Lovely patterns but very expensive it shrinks very quickly.
I followed the washing instructions but they didn't even last 5 months before shrinking into a too smaller size.
Considering their price unexpected better longevity.

Satin Stripe Pyjamas ❤️

Fancy pants pj’s

I received a pair of Their nibs as a gift, at first I was sceptical as the ones I’d chosen had no elasticity in them and being a lady of a certain age I do tend to wriggle around in bed!
I have to say they are the most comfortable pj’s I’ve had in a very long time, the quality is great, the design is something I happily go outside in rather than dodge traffic when I’m putting the bins out or taking my dog in the field.
Can’t wait to host a PJ party…I will be the best dressed!!
Thank you Their Nibs, great product, fair price and a treat to wear. would recommend and Xmas shopping sorted very early this year😁

Beautiful dressing gown

Absolutely beautiful pyjamas…

My new Their Nibs wrap pyjamas in the satin vintage bows design are absolutely beautiful. The fabric, design and fit are perfect for me. I love the detail and finish and the fact that there are pockets in my pj bottoms! My parcel came promptly, the product was packaged well and included a cute sleep diary too. I have had several pairs of Their Nibs pyjamas and I would highly recommend them - they are absolutely stunning.

boho happiness

I have just received my Their Nibs boho dress with the peacock print, it looks good and feels great, it’s got a nice weight to it. It fits me perfectly, I got the size small, I’m 5’5 and the length is perfect.
