Everything is wrong with their products. They are clearly fraud. Shiwng that they sell sarees at such low cost with putting multiple rating and reviews on their website but totally waste.

They are doing wrong. It's totally fraud. They don't refund money. They are misbehave when I call to customer service.

I received a saree of inferior quality, which was entirely different from what was showcased on their website and in their promotional videos. When I requested a return and refund, they refused, stating that I could only exchange it. Additionally, I am responsible for the return shipping costs, which involves the inconvenience of visiting the courier office to send it back. Once they receive the returned item, they will send a replacement saree, which I suspect will also be of poor quality. The customer support representative was unhelpful and dismissive, simply instructing me to return the item to the nearest courier and ending the conversation with a curt thank you.

Wrong product and there is no return policy. Sarree doesn't match with the image shown in the website

The worst experience ever . Please don’t buy from there site . This is a scam . They will send you normal saree of bad quality as well. Just videos look good cause they are not showing the real saree. I wish I could share the screenshot of the chat with customer support.

The sarees they provide doesnt match with the one shown in picture also when asked for refund they asked to courier the product and denied the money and gave a replacement saree which is not ready to wear n cheap quality
This sarees are available on other platform for merely Rs 800
Think twice before purchasing

They are fraud people.they show different product vedio and send very cheap saree.they didn't refund even when they deliver wrong product.now I am facing this situation.they forcefully trying to give me store credit.I wrote a complaint against them in consumer court.if you guy want to come with me it will easy to expose them.

They are fraud people do not buy anything they are sending worst product that you won't buy even in 100rs they are selling those items for 1999, 1599 and so on.

Fraud people. Send cheap product for 1500 and forcing you to keep the product or first send the product on your own through courier then will exchange it and when I asked for pic and video of saree they didn't send

the saree sent buy them was a cheap replica of the one showed in the website. They have no return pick up and we have to send it to them by post. They do not refund but only do an exchange

They are doing fraud, if you want to return your product they have a pathetic return policy. they are forcing you to keep their product.
