Operator who was supposed to help me was quite rude. According to her company has no refund policy ,only conditional exchange. I have to go to post office to parcel the product to their address. I need to upload the invoice and recipe of speed post.Then they may allow me to choose another product. Why should I take another product when I don't like their fabric quality and stitching quality .First time bad experience in online purchase.

Terrible service! The saree’s quality is extremely poor, cheap, and dull. They don’t offer a proper return facility—you have to send the product back at your own expense. Avoid buying from them; they are deceiving customers.

It sounds like you're really dissatisfied with the product you received. It’s frustrating when an item doesn’t live up to expectations, especially if it looks much better in the ad. Hopefully, you can contact the company or seller for a return or refund, or even leave feedback to warn others. Have you tried reaching out to their customer service about this?

Scam, poor quality poor design and finish. Pathetic . And you can’t even return that. Refund will be in form of store credit only

Very very cheap quality sarees. Shown on website vs what is delivered are different. Plus they lie 7day return policy . They are fraud . Dont buy from them.

Extremely bad products. It's a fraud company. Using fake videos. The products are utter disaster. Pathethic material pathetic everything. Don't go for it. It's a fraud company.

They are fraud they send cheap products they show pictures n videos of different saree n send cheap quality cloth

If i could give zero stars. They blocked me from insta and everywhere because i received wrong and cheap product, they only keep positive comments n negative ones are blocked. Return policy is pathetic, and hidden in so many ways.

Very bad experience I didn't expected this kind of services the quality of the sari is so cheap and you can't return it. Literally trusting this website makes me feel dumb right now.

If I could give a minus rating, I would. The product they sent was different from what was shown on the website and was of poor quality. To make matters worse, their customer service is unhelpful and they're asking me to send the product back to them via courier.

I would give a minus rating and will surely complain on consumer court big big big time cheaters... they saree isn't what they promised for..

Horrible customer service lead with misleading saree pics. With their own terms of return policies no where mentioned with their one time replacement policy and to make it worse you will end up paying for ur couriers taking to return these cheapstake sarees and they are not even bothered on the endless call and pain adding up to frustration horrible service..stay away from the seller. by far the worse website.

In the name of ready to wear saree, they are selling you the cheapest possible product in the market. They have return/ refund policy moulded as per their convenience. They are big looters. Cheated me by selling me trash.

SCAM PRODUCTS
Will show fake photos of high quality products but swill send you POOR QUALITY products. Also they won't refund you. They will only exchange and you have to ship the product back with your money.
I HAD TO RAISE COMPLAINT ON CONSUMERHELPLINE
Only after the complaint they issued a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Really poor quality, they have bad customer service- no one responds and the lady that responds will scold you if you complain. Do not recommend to order from here. they are cheats and frauds.

Feedback: The quality of sarees is inferior and looks very cheap. Cloth piece doesn't seems to be more than 300-400 rupees, and just for the sake of ready to wear saree you are selling it for 1500.
Videos in the site are also misleading, they show completely different versions of the saree and you will get another version, so it seems like a fraud.
Personally, I did not like the products at all, won't be buying for sure in future and will let others know as well

Very poor quality saree. Its all torn in places and cheap material used..looks like two dupattas stitched together to make some sort of saree which only looks good in picture. Scam website , their customer care number will not be picked up once your order is delivered. Scam website.

Worst experience ever had with online purchase. I bought a saree from them and there is no return option even I'm not able to login on their website after the purchase. Customer care is not picking up the call. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Fraud fraud fraud!!!! Low quality product that does not match with the image and description. Customer support team declined return despite of telling multiple times that wrong product has been sent. Moreover, customer has to ship the product back. Support team is useless. Don't ever buy from this website guys.
