The price for the software I purchased was very reasonable; the installation process went very well; the customer service support was good and much appreciated. I am very happy with the entire experience and will probably use The Software City again for similar software needs.

I placed my order with one number incorrect for my credit card. It failed. I corrected it and it went through. They told me my order was on hold for incorrect card number. The charge was pending at my credit card company, as they all are for a day or so. I corresponded with "James Pham" multiple times, and he assured me as soon as they had my money that I would be issued a key for the software I had ordered (MSOffice 2021). The charge was processed, is no longer pending, and they have had my money now for days, and no software key. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. They sure look legit on their website, but in my opinion, they are a scam. So far they have just taken my money and given me zero, which is how many stars I would give them if it was an option.

It wouldn't load. It turns out that I already had this product because I have Microsoft Family on a yearly subscription. I have tried to get in touch with them but they have no phone number so I am just out the $139 I paid for nothing.

I have not been able to install Office. I want my charges reversed.

Received error product key had already been used. Can not load software. Can not get any one to help. I have tried chatting and emails. I get no replies on either.

I purchased Microsoft office professional 2024 which wasn't even available in the microsoft store as they are pushing 365. Everything loaded exactly where and when they said it would and when I screwed up the installation they were there to fix it for me by remoting in to my pc which made me nervous but the tech James was very efficient and got me up and running in less than 15 minutes. I would trust and buy from them again

Easy to search for, purchase and install the program I was looking for. The Software City offers the limited content Office Suite that will work just right for me. The broader based Office programs were available a well. TY.

Fixed what Microsoft blocked, trying to force me to buy a new laptop. Corporate dirtbags! I had a Panasonic toughbook that was completely adequate to load WIndows 11 on but they wouldn't let me do it. Software City simply fixed it within a half hour.

After hitting a few "duds" in trying to get an activated Office program onto my laptop and getting completely confused by the Microsoft website which kept pushing me toward Office 365, I found a program on Software City. When downloading, it sent me to office.com, e.g., the Microsoft download site, and my product key was activated, and I was able to download the Office suite without a hitch. Thank you.
