TORTOISE+BLACK Opiniões

Always use Tortoise & Black - always superb service from ordering to delivery.

Efficient and professional

Arrived quickly, UK based, packaged well. Plus I loved the glasses.

I was sceptical to order as I had never heard of the company, there were limited reviews and not a big social media presence. My prescription is very high too. When I found the glasses I loved, I sent my prescription over and bought them online. I received an email a few days later requesting my ‘pupillary distance’ as they couldn’t estimate it due to a high prescription. They quickly responded after I sent that over, and that was that. After a week or so, my glasses arrived and they are absolutely spot on. The exact quality you’d expect from a typical large chain store, not from a relatively unheard of online business. Im really pleased with my glasses and I finally actually enjoy wearing glasses everyday! In future, I’ll definitely be browsing here for more glasses!

Great experience (again) from Tortoise & Black. Just received my 3rd pair of new varifocals from them and they are perfect. I'm not sure how they manage to get varifocals right every time from a photo but they do! Super helpful team regarding home trial service.

Was a little nervous ordering designer sunglasses online.
Absolutely delighted with my new Gucci purchase!
Quick delivery, good price, beautiful velvet presentation box (wish I had requested one of the lovely bright colours, got boring black 🫣) and a certificate of authenticity.
Great service, thankyou!
Would definitely use
T&B again 😃

I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses and paid for next day delivery. They arrived on time, perfectly packaged. Fast efficent ordering. Definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be buying again.

T&B offer sunglasses at very competitive prices compared to the high street. Also very fast and careful delivery.

Great communication, good price and quick turnaround of order. Ideal!

Easy product search and purchase. Quick delivery. I had no issues at all. Packaged well and recipient loved the glasses. I will be using again for a future purchase of optical lenses I have seen as well as sunglasses.

I placed my order with Tortoise+Black on May 2025. The listed price was the best I found after browsing several sunglasses providers in the UK. The order arrived in time and in great condition. I would purchase sunglasses from Tortoise+Black again in the future.
