Total Tiles Opiniões

Brilliant tiles, dispatched quickly, good price. Would highly recommend this company.

All good, few broken tiles on delivery quickly resolved

Great service! Would recommend

Great price. Fast delivery

Delivery was quick although 4 tiles were broken. Customer service picked up the phone straight away and was all sorted very quickly

Sorry but very disappointed this time! I’ve been using them for years but order 2 separate samples & they both came broken in 2 separate deliveries. If I pay for a full size tile sample that is what I want.
Normally I don’t even look on other companies websites i just buy off Total Tiles. Please fix the problems & I will be back.

Great quality, authentic looking tiles.
Looking forward to buying them once we’re ready.

From ordering to delivery the tiles, the service was brilliant. The team in the office were excellent at helping me with the ordering and the notifications of delivery were spot on. Thank you and I highly recommend this company.

Gave us good advice on product selection. Prompt delivery. Very happy with the finished now clean slate toled floors.

Actually got through to a advisor(which is hard these days)in total tiles and he was very helpful and put me at ease when the extra tiles I wanted was in stock
Thanks

Prompt delivery - great value for money.

Delivered on time unfortunately not a match

Ordered the tiles and they came very quickly and no damage via pallet.

When ordering more they kept on breaking during delivery by DPD. However, Charlie Phillips was on hand to help and ensured a quickly re delivery.

Brilliant price, great product, amazing customer service and delivered bang on time. The driver was really friendly and helpful to place the pallet where I needed it. Bought tiles from them before and would do again and highly recommend this company

Quick service and dealt with a broken tiles very quickly 😕 thanks again for your help David

Great value tiles. Good communication by giving tracking information. Good online ordering experience, quick and simple.
Would buy from Total Tiles again and highly recommend to all.

Ordered tile samples which arrived promptly. Great to be able to order samples to see the colours in situ.

The tiles all arrived undamaged , although I paid for express delivery there was a problem with the courier service they used. They refunded the additional money that I'd paid but still managed to get the tiles on site when I needed them for. Would definitely recommend.
