Exellent customer support
This company knows how to do customer service well! I filed a complaint with customer support after noticing my boots were coming apart a little at the seam and letting water in. Frida replied promptly to say they would send me a replacement and was very polite, apologetic and understanding. They even offered me a discount code for my next purchase. They are without a doubt a company that care deeply about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. Thanks Frida!

Awful return service
Awful return service. Inaccessible and incredibly time consuming. Lockers that only open on Bluetooth (that doesn’t work). I would really look at sorting this out it should not take over 30 minutes of trying to not even return a parcel. I have contacted and also not received a response.

I contacted Tretorn after noticing a small defect at the top of my Garpa rubber boots. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much of a response, but the customer service I received was next level.
Tretorn immediately sought to resolve the issue, no questions asked. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and genuinely exceeded my expectations.
Truly outstanding customer service. I won’t think twice about purchasing from Tretorn again in the future. Highly recommended.

POOR product the Tretorn Scout and Service
very poor customer service when the boots we have bought is not working properly and they leak in water eventhough they have hardly been used . When we try to get in contact they only tell us to go to the reseller who is no longer operation, I think a brig brand like Tretorn should be more careful about their brand//Suzan Åre

Någonstans måste det vara ett allvarligt fel då TRETORN stövlar bara håller någon sommar. Det blir torrsprickor trots att de förvaras i ett garage. Det var bra kvalitet förr på stövlarna men det blir bara sämre för varje år som går. Om du har möjlighet köp ett annat märke

Excellent customer service
I bought a pair of Eva rubber boots which sadly developed a leak in the left boot after a few months. I contacted Tretorn with some photos, and the response could not have been better – Mari-Louise replied quickly, no fuss at all, and arranged a replacement pair straight away. It’s reassuring to deal with a brand that stands behind its products and treats customers fairly. A small fault, but the way it was handled has absolutely kept me as a customer. Thank you!

Väldigt dålig kvalité på gummistövlar
Väldigt dålig kvalité på gummistövlar. Köpte ett par snygga gummistövlar från Tretorn på NK i Stockholm, stövlarna sprack och fått hål i efter bara några månader. Eftersom jag tappade kvittot kunde jag inte kolla om jag kunde returnera dem, och de var inte så billiga heller.. Sämsta kvalité. Köper aldrig mer Tretorn skor.

Jag förstår verkligen att du är besviken om stövlarna har spruckit och gått sönder efter bara några månaders användning. Det är såklart inte den upplevelse vi vill att du ska ha av våra produkter.
Eftersom stövlarna är köpta hos NK behöver reklamationen i första hand gå via dem som inköpsställe. Om du inte har kvar kvittot kan ett kontoutdrag eller annat betalningsunderlag ofta hjälpa butiken att hitta köpet och hantera ärendet vidare.
Vi beklagar att du fått en negativ upplevelse och tackar för att du uppmärksammat oss på detta.

Auttoivat kaikin tavoin saamaan haluamani kumisaappaat vaikka asia olisi pitänyt hoitaa alunperin liikkeessä mistä olin jalkineet ostanut, mutta heidän kanssa asiointi ei sujunut.
