Airport Parking Deals was an absolute shambles from start to finish.
It took ages for anyone to turn up to collect the car. On return, I waited over an hour to get it back. Yes, Heathrow traffic is busy, but that’s exactly why they should set off when you call, not 20 minutes after the fifth call in half an hour. I could literally track the car, so I know this wasn’t traffic.
They claimed the delay was because the car was being defrosted. That was simply untrue.
To make matters worse, the operator was rude and dismissive throughout.
I had to swtich phones as they stopped taking calls, and he was so incompetent that each time I gave him the SAME Reg I'd get a different excuse.
Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely disorganised. A bunch of total charlatans. Avoid.

This is basically an Indian mafia organisation. from beginning to end, they show the slightest respect to you, your time, and your car.
First, their business model is to have your car driven away to some remote place outside the airport to avoid paying parking, while charging you a hefty fee. In that process, you are liable to pay any fees incurred at the airport, and sometimes without your knowing (so you end up paying a contravention fine on top of their service).
they also hung up on you when you call them within the timeframe indicated in the email to prepare for your arrival in the airport, and they will always be late, by 10-30 minutes.
it's absolutely not worth the trouble. just take the taxi.

Do not use. I would give 0 stars if I could. No answer on numbers provided at 4am, 30 calls made. We had to find alternative parking for 2 cars. Crap start to holiday. Customer service have had proof of my calls after requesting for 2 weeks and are now ignoring my emails. The office number just rings then cuts you off. SHOCKING. Should have gone with trusted purple parking

When I was about 30 minutes away from the airport, I called the number I was given for the parking service. They directed us to the wrong location, which caused us to waste around half an hour. After finally reaching the correct place, I called again, only to be told that Trinqoo is just a booking agent and the person I was speaking to was a contractor.
He then informed me that they would not take my car because Trinqoo had not paid them for the last two months. By this point, I was already 30 minutes behind schedule and had less than 3 hours left before my international flight. We had no choice but to park at the official Heathrow long-stay car park without a pre-booking, which ended up costing us significantly more.
I contacted Trinqoo immediately after this ordeal, but I have not received any response whatsoever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS What a disgusting service, you pay online then some guy rocks up stating that Tringo hasn’t paid them. So to get your car parked with no other alternatives on the hour you must pay again through a different company otherwise risking to you lose your flight with lateness. We payed again to avoid having nowhere to put our car. We paid another £85 last minute another for 3 days. Complete cowboy set up no phone calls or emails answered up to 3 weeks from this company Avoid at all costs.

We never got to park our car as booked, called the customer service several times with no response, could not locate the parking with the address on the email sent. It did not exist. We had to book another parking for our car. Very disappointed 😔
WARNING!!
WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY THESE CLOWNS ANY MONEY. They kept us waiting at the airport this morning for 4 hours with several different excuses , in the end they stopped taking our calls and blocked all our phones. We had to call the police in the end , we managed to find our cars located ina muddy car park 10 minutes away with 2 missing number plates and all the doors unlocked .
i should have suspected something when they came to collect our cars smelling of really bad body odurs and flipflops ,
Do not trust Trinqoo or Parking Deals - Heathrow Parking
Booked Heathrow T2 Parking 17 October 2025 - arrived at airport 18 October ready to fly only to be told by a third party company’s driver that they won’t take cars from them and that I had to pay a new company again a higher amount (Apple Parking). I was told bookings from Parking Deals and Airport Parking Deals - Trinqoo is same and registered to same address - were not accepted because they had not been paid!
I have just landed after a 2 week break and will be seeking a refund. Advise not to use them. Apple were ok but £25 more.

I booked and paid for 8 day car parking at Heathrow leaving the car at 6am. I drove to Heathrow the night before and had a call from them the night before that said 'Trinqoo have canceled your reservation' - I could not contact Trinqoo direct as it was 8pm at night. I therefore had to rebook with a different company and as last minute had to pay considerably more - will never use again as totally let down - terrible company, dont use.

Booking very straightforward. Communications were very good. I explained that my wife had 2 hospital appointments that day and was planning to arrive between 1800 & 1830 but would contact them after we set off for the 2 hour drive. We left just gone 1600, rang and confirmed arrival time as planned. Only gone 6 miles and was confronted with a traffic incident which closed the road. Knowing the area, turned around taking alternative route. Once we got to M4 called again and advised arrival time now 1900 - 1930 due to incident and would call again 20minutes out. On were met on arrival by the same person we spoke to on phone who was appreciative of being kept updated. He was very polite, got a trolley, unloaded the car, then explained where to go, then took receipt of car. He did say that he would be taking photos of the car which would be emailed to me.
Very upsetting experience
I received a telephone call from Imagine, Liverpool Airport (the actual parking place) saying I would have to pay again on arrival because Trinqoo hadn't paid them. This caused me consternation. I had to make several calls and sent several emails before finally I was assured by Trinqoo that my booking was still secure and I wouldn't have to pay twice.
At Imagine on return from a holiday the staff asked for second payment and only when I challenged this they agreed, politely, that it had been sorted for me and I didn't have to pay again. The staff told me Trinqoo had owed them £30k.
I won't use Trinqoo again.

I used trinqoo as the booking agent for airport parking at Liverpool - on my return on 2/10 i tried to contact the company you placed my booking with Imagine, the mobile number was out of service the landline was engaged (off hook) for 2.5 hours I landed at 5.30pm and finally got my car at 8.20pm. The service is appalling and i will never use or recommend this company.
Rubbish service
Rubbish service - don’t book with this company. Waited over 45 minutes for our car to be delivered with poor communication from the company. Incredibly annoying having been up all night. Also additional car park cost which was unexpected so the price quoted is not the real price.

Car Moved 24 hours after leaving incurred Ulez?
I used their service at Heathrow. The service was very good. However i dropped my car off at the 13th July at 4.30pm, it doesn't comply with ulez, so assumed it would be moved from the airport on the 13th, but at 6pm on the 14th my car moved and i incurred another £12.50 charge. What was my car doing being moved 24 hours later? I emailed them 2 weeks ago on the 14th august and have called daily called to understand what my car was doing and get a refund but i have heard nothing back maybe the director THARMACHANDRAN, Sathiyapriyan might like to give me a call before i head to small claims, its not the money i need back but the principle

Do not use this company. The driver did not turn up for our Meet and Greet and we nearly missed our flight. First we called the number given and they said they did not have our booking. Then we called again and they said due to traffic they wouldn’t send a driver and someone would be there at the airport. No one was there. We waited 30 minutes and then nearly missed our flight. I was forced to pay £300 to another company to take my car. They haven’t even reimbursed me for the parking. They aren’t even responding to my emails. Very unprofessional. It is now becoming a legal matter. Do not use this company.

DO NOT BOOK OR USE TRINQOO OR APPLE PARKING FOR THEIR MEET AND GREET SERVICE AT HEATHROW. When I collected my car again late. My car had been used for journeys other than to the storage area. The passenger seat was in full recline position and head rests adjusted. My car is fitted with a tracker so I provided evidence of the journeys and extra miles to both Trinqoo which is the transport part of Apple Parking and also sent the evidence to Apple parking. You get an acknowledgement of your email but no investigation response. I have left messages again no response. I even managed to speak to who I was told was the mgr (Raj) and again sent him the details for investigation again no response. All I want is an apology for the unauthorised journeys, some compensation for the extra fuel and use of my car but again nothing. DO NOT USE APPLE PARKING OR TRINQOO FOR ITS MEET AND GREET SERVICE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, CLEARLY DISHONEST AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS OR CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. I would rate zero stars if I could.

This company is the agent for Kangaroo Parking at Heathrow, I made a booking and then, due to a BA screwup, had to amend my booking. I was directed to them by Kangaroo. They never reply to email requests, their payment for additional days doesnt work and they never answer the phone so a less than optimal experience.
