This entirely blew me away I've been to several lfs stores and these fish were happier and healthier they have settled into the groups in less than a day. they eat well and have no signs of anything like my last batch of barbs that were riddled with parasites and took 6 months to get to a healthy place from a store I went to. they arrived in good time well packed and fairly stress-free. I will be buying more from these guys. thanks tropco A great service for anyone worried about using them.2

EDIT- I THINK YOU HAVE THE WRONG JOANNE? I HAVE NOT HAD A REDUND AND IF YOU READ MY REVIEW THEN YOU WILL SEE THE ORDER YOU JUST DESCRIBED IS NOT MINE? MY ORDER NUMBER IS 83858. The fish came well packaged, however they were not the correct fish, I ordered 2 rainbow and one blue gourami, I was sent 2 blue and one rainbow. I have emailed asking about this and sent photos asking for them to confirm the breeds, unfortunately I did not capture the colour properly due to lighting, I was told I had the correct fish and the difference in colouring was due to receiving females, I can see the fish colouring in person so I know this is wrong, I sent more photos which were ignored, I also asked how they were sexing the gourami as I was under the impression it was done by fin on this breed, I was again ignored. You are quick to take my money but the after sales care is very poor. I have given you over a month to reply before I leave this review. This is a shame as the quality of fish is good, just the wrong fish sent, I have now had the breeds confirmed by 2 reputable aquarists.

never known a company to have the level of customer service, they are the A.TEAM, the quality of the fish are 1st rate, they come well care for, well packaged, they also have a 7 day guarantee with there fish, I have bought several times from them and have plans to do so again.

Ordered corydoras and guppies , beautiful fish and would highly recommend , however would not recommend the delivery service, the absolute melt was carrying the box out of his van wrong way round which clearly stated this way up and clearly says on box there was fish in it, this is not tropcos fault just the delivery service,

Supplier had sent Tropco an incorrectly identified species - so Tropco sent me a different species to that which I'd ordered! Yes they probably should have spotted this but mistakes do happen. However, their communication and aftersales service was excellent and the error resolved quickly. They are clearly a company who look after their customers.

I have always been wary about online sales and delivery of livestock, I am an experienced fish keeper with decades of breeding tropical fish, and for many years the only deaths I get in my tanks are through natural longevity, or the occasional genetic death.
So it was with frustrating when receiving 5x cardinal, 5x Rummy Nose Tetras' 4x Julii Cory's, 3x Oto's that 5 fish died within 72hrs. I acclimatise the fish first in my quarantine tank, testing to water parameters first even turning offf the lights and I don't feed them for the 48hrs. All to minimise the stress just as I do when buying from my LSF, but due to mobility challenges as I'm disabled I wasn't able to visit them to gradually add stock to my Rio n egro biotope.
I emailed them the very next day to inform them of the situation but never got any reply. I am really quite upset that I placed a hundred pound order, and feel like I've been stitched up. Immediately I could see that the fish were swimming in a vertical darting action, experience tell me this can be neon tetra disease or buoyancy/swimbladder issues. I told them about the 3 Rummy's now all dead and also now 2 cardinals. I know these dither fish can get stressed easy, hence why I take every precaution to minimise it when acclimatising them to my water (50/50 RO/tap) as I can imagine in a fish they are kept only in tap water. I was saddened by my purchase, and you know what they say about first impressions. Needless to say I won't using TROPCO again
UPDATE
In fairness the team did without any hassle refund me for the deaths, just a shame their livestock or logistics is not as good as their customer service. Still won't use again,but not just them any online livestock to be delivered. Go to your LFS and see the stock for yourselves before buying and taking home. The old school way

Had 6 neon tetras and a zebra snail delivered from tropco a couple of weeks ago. All arrived in excellent health and are now happy in their new environment along with our 6 Danios.

Packaging was very secure and delivery driver handled with care. Would definitely order again. Thanks.

Live tropical fish delivered on time. The packaging was excellent and no nasty polystyrene. Lots of heat packs and the water temp. was 24c. Full water test on two separate bags... ph 7.5, Ammonnia, nitrite and nitrate all zero, kH 10, excellent.
Very impressed with the whole service.

The packaging was perfect and my livestock arrived healthy and when expected. I know we are always nervous of using new companies in this hobby. However, I am very glad I tried The Tropco and I will be a returning customer.

Ordered tropical fish from this company,sent out in good time,but unfortunately used dx express,who were meant to be delivering the fish between 08.24-10.24 finally delivered just before 12.00,driver dumped the fish at the side of the house on a recycling bin,couldn’t even be bothered to walk to the front door,because of this I won’t be using this company again.

Exceedingly helpful staff, good prices and quality fish. Highly recommended. Will be making further purchases

ordered a costa rican dovi that came very small around an inch grown it out and its a jag nice looking jag but isn’t a dovi and another time payed good money for a festae (red terror) that also came small inch turned out to be a mayan chiclid so i shall not be using tropco again

I was a bit worried about ordering fish online however I was after a yoyo loach and dwarf neon rainbowfish. I am happy to report the whole experience was fantastic. Great communication, delivered in excellent condition. I 100% recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

Overall I would recommend Tropco, the staff seem to genuinely care about the fish and customers as they respond quickly and communicate well.
I ordered panda guppies and ember tetra, the packaging is very well done and shipping is very quick. Only issue was the tetra arrived with a bad ich however probably due to stress of shipping- I received a 50% refund on the tetras to cover cost of treatment which I was very pleased with and so far only one tetra passed away and the rest recovered. I will certainly buy from Tropco again in the future!

(especially recommend if the fish you are seeking are not found in your area- It's been my dream to own panda guppies for a year now!)

Received my 2nd order from Tropco today, first order I had a burst bag which looked like it was down to the courier. 5 fish didn't survive the journey but I received excellent customer service from Beth. Replied to my emails promptly and dealt with everything A*. She sent me a refund and promised to replace the 5 that didn't make the journey on my next order, 2nd order has arrived, 5 extra as promised, all fish healthy and packaged great. No signs of any issues. Would definitely recommend 👍

Received 6 Congo Tetra today.Fish look ok health wise.
I couldn’t believe that only one of these was a male.As a very regular customer I contacted Tropco.They were not interested at all and said that’s how it is.Been fish keeping for 40 years and should get a better mix than this.Now an ex customer.
