Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Our dispatch team pulled the delivery record, and it shows the order was completed at 12:05 pm with a signature captured at the address, along with a text exchange from that day confirming it arrived.

Had to make other plans because this…
Had to make other plans because this was supposed to 90 minutes at most but it was already more than 2 hours. I left a note requesting a refund but they just dropped it in front of my door and texted “mission accomplished.” Hardly. Oh and to begin they say the charge will be $6 something and then when I agree to charge it, it charges $21 something. At least they showed up this time. I guess that’s an improvement. Yay. Amenity is HORRIBLE.
