Awaited items from 12/12/24 to 4/2/25


The tracking number they issued does not exist

Purchased items on the 12th of December. I wrote a month ago, I was told shipping and delivery will take 1-4 weeks.

We’re on the 4th week and I have not received my items.
The tracking they gave is still saying it’s in Hong Kong.
Ali Express, Temu, Shein. They’re all in China but they ship faster than this company
.
Finally received my three items today Feb 4th 2025 after seven weeks. They offered solution

This is too late, I have already been refunded by my bank, but I appreciate your $47.94 as a token. If I did receive any items from your company,
I will return it back because it’s too late.
The essence of one buying things is to use them for its purpose I hope there’s an address provided for returns.

I gave 5 stars for my experience because all the items I was interested in purchasing were all in one place. I liked what was pictured & the description of the items so decided to place my order. I’ve been happy with other orders & I believe the same will be true with this one.

Favorite Pieces

I bought 2 tops, leather and velvet. I love them! They are very comfortable, feel nice to the touch, soft. I wear them more than any other article of clothing. Will definitely purchase more; I already have 4 shirt.

My son ordered a shirt over a month ago as a Christmas present ,still haven't received it,and after reading the reviews it's probably isn't gonna get here or be what we ordered,just gonna post on Facebook everyday what a shit company this is.

This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a pair of “embroidered” palazzo pants. When they arrived (finally) they looked like a set of old lady curtains and had not a shred of embroidery on them. Unfortunately, their return requirements are onerous and they don’t take “didn’t like” returns. So … I’ll trash the pants and never deal with these frauds again.

SCAM....Received my order 4mths…

Received my order approx 3mths later...material was cheap, the size was 3 sizes to big and had a odor to it.... terrible quality and service. The items came in a weird plastic and paper bag with no receipt or return lable.....never again!!! The item is far from the picture of what you will get!!

I ordered in August and still haven’t received my order, it’s the end of November! I requested a refund and they told me they were working on my order. I emailed them again to check on the status and the email I used before was no longer working. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Firstly I would like to seriously clarify that Ursime NEVER charges any customer to track an order. Customers can contact our support team and log into the account on the site to get an order status. Our tracking channels are FREE. If you encounter any request for money to track packages, they are NOT Ursime. Please be vigilant to keep your property safe.

Worst Purchase Ever!

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a dress on 10/18/24 and received it on 11/23/24. It was absolutely nothing like the written description or picture. The material feels and sounds like a nylon tent. There are no labels inside identifying it. The pattern is printed on top of the material but missing from entire sections. The sewing job reminds me of the very first time I tried a sewing machine in home economics. It’s uneven and is bunched up at the seams in places. A child could make a better garment. It’s unwearable. To date every email to try to return the item has come back undeliverable, there are no numbers to call so I’ve just paid for worthless piece of “fabric” that’s unusable, unable to be returned and unable to be given away. It’s not even worth donating it’s so awful. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

The long wait from 10/18/24 to 11/23/24 and then receiving a product that is so far from what was promised is unacceptable. The issues with the material, the lack of labels, the printing problems, and the poor sewing are all things that should never have happened.

We are also sorry for the inconvenience regarding the undeliverable emails and the lack of a contact number. Though we don't offer phone service currently, our support via email and message is also prompt: we have a dedicated customer service department always ready to address any problems with customers' orders.

Despite the email channel: support@ursime.com, you can also try contacting us at complaint@ursime.com and Facebook Messenger. Sometimes due to the email filter system or browser compatibility, Some customers' emailing might not work as smoothly as others.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, I complained and they said they would issue a refund when the d of my order was received. Now they do not reply to my emails. Very poor quality. Advertise items with embroidery and trim then item received is nothing but printed on poor fabric. One item has fringe hanging off sleeve not even sewn.

Ursime is a scam company

Ursime is a scam company. The quality of their clothes is terrible and cheap. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company avoid them at all costs. I asked them for a refund and after communicating with them for a month and a half all they told me was that it would cost more to return the clothes than the refund they would give me. I was forced to keep the cheap clothes and I received only half of what I paid. Ursime should go out of business for misleading on the quality of their products and for not accepting returns.
