I am just happy I came across this site. I had read reviews on the company app and they made it sound like a good experience to purchase from this company. There are several items I wanted to purchase teefor my 16 yr old granddaughter for Christmas since this is how she likes to dress. It's a shame because there are so many items that look like they would be so cute on her. I understand the items are coming from China. I receive any item I order from Temu within 10 days and the packages are easy to track. I was going to order from Ursime today to make sure I get the packages before Christmas and to see if I liked them. I guess I'm going to have to find some place else.

Order 2 items from this company. Never received any emails about shipping or tracking number. I sent and email 9/19 with a response by box was at the UPSE with an incomplete address. I called UPSE and was told my package had been sent back to the business.
Thinking this is a simple fix. I resent the correct address back to them and told them just resend. 10/15 received an email that states it was sent to the hub transportation center and disposed of. Telling me a refund isn't possible and they will give me 30% refund(21.89) and or gift card for 37.00 dollars. I know they have to insure the packages. I either want the order refilled or a full refund. This is absolutely not acceptable. I would suggest nobody uses this company.. Customer service is important to a company and I will never use this company again.

Duped

I placed an order at the beginning of September. I am now in the middle of October and still have not received the merchandise that I ordered. I tried contacting them very hard to do that. When I did get a message through to them they just told me to use the tracking numberthat you have to download in the app and it still doesn’t show anything about where my order is. It just shows the same thing every day for weeks do not waste your time or money these artist.

If I could give a negative 5 star…

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. I bought 2 items from this company. They say they sent the first one, but it never arrived. The second one arrived 2 days ago (about 2 months after I ordered it) not only does it not look like the item I ordered, but you can tell it's cheaply made. This company is nothing but a Chinese scam company. Do not give them any money. I guarantee if you do, you will regret it.

I ordered a dress a month ago...it has still not arrived. I have a tracking number and have sent emails...I have been told to wait patiently!!! The tracking process reflects that the dress is still in China...despite allegedly being shipped a month ago! They won't project any date merchandise that was paid for will be received. I believe I have been totally scammed, from the other reviews that I've now read. What a shame the US government doesn't do anything about businesses like this! Americans are set up to be cheated by predatory companies like Ursime. I am writing this so maybe others will not be deceived by these unscrupulous people. There is no one to talk to...and emails just indicated that patience is needed!!! I hope they choke on every dime!

I order my clothing last month! It’s actually a Halloween costume! There is no number to contact where my order is. I emailed them no word back from them I messaged them on Facebook because that’s the only you contact them apparently and no response. I ordered a pretty top, at least I thought it was. It's cheap, I sized up 2 sizes and it's still to small. It's printed not actually embroidered. Horrible! Just want to send it back and get a refund.

I would give them zero but it’s not an…

I would give them zero but it’s not an option. I ordered from them in August, two pieces, paid for expedited shipping and received the blouse in September after several weeks of waiting, but I still have not received my skirt. They set false expectations and should be more forth coming on the processing, shipping, arrival time.

Pink lace top

I brought the pink top with lace it was beautiful in the picture. I got a cheap polyester top with the print of lace. It is the ugliest peace of clothing I every received. I will never buy from you again I want a refund.

I was thrill when I first started…

I was thrill when I first started ordering and receiving my orders in a timely manner. However somehow we got off track. One order I have not receive due to the explanation I receive from Ursime. I was told that I purchase an order that was consider presell or by design. The company responded yes. But now we are approaching the month of Oct. 2024. I'm going to try again to placed this new order along with your $30.00 gift coupon hopefully this item will shipped fast.

Scammer

I ordered a jacket that was embroidered with beads. When it came in the mail it was PRINTED on. No embroidery, the whole thing was printed on. The description also didn't say that this wasn't actually embroidered and was only printed, either. I wouldn't pay $5 for this. It cost $60! When I emailed them and asked for a refund, the only response they sent me was asking me to rate my satisfaction with a smiley face. I believe this company is actually a scam.

Ordered and paid for dress from this company, Received a disgusting dress, wasn't what I ordered and not the size, when I enquired ,was only offered a voucher of 70% of the cost I paid at their company or a 60% refund, totally ripped off and the product hey did send looks sweat shop poor, I didn't have high expectations of shopping online now I have a very low opinion and have been scammed, I doubt product ever existed with this company. In hindsight now, full refund is appreciated, thank you although still wasted my time, got my hopes up and have learnt my lesson with buyer beware, apart from Google stuff this was my first experience and found the whole experience extremely disappointing

Yo pienso que claramente es una estafa…

Yo pienso que claramente es una estafa y que además los que les compramos a esta gente no tenemos la precaución de averiguar la veracidad de que esta empresa exista. Además no sabemos si viene de la luna de jupiter o lo vende algún estafador de argentina encubierto.

Creo que andar caminando por la salada con cadenas de oro de noche es más seguro que esto.

Para mi estamos todos puestos y sería más caro y difícil encontrar a estos muertos que saber quien tiene las manos de Peron.

Very difficult returns!

If you order anything and expect an easy return, DONT. First you have to contact them by e mail. Then you have to take and send photos, then they offer a 40 percent of your purchase price back to NOT return it. When I said no, they offered a 60 percent. I am still trying to get a FULL refund with me paying the return shipping!!!!

However, we do also offer full refunds after customers return the product. We apologize if it appeared like we were refusing your request.
