Great pictures on line but not close to what I received. Demin in pictures....overalls received were NOT denim. Knit sweater ordered....received clothing with a picture of a knit sweater. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these fraudsters!

I placed an order and after 3 hours I…

I placed an order and after 3 hours I never received an order confirmation. I sent an email to their customer service department. I received a reply stating their records showed the item being delivered and that I should check to make sure I received it.

I checked the tracking details and saw that shipping originated in China which meant, if you were to believe the item was really sent, it arrived from China in world record time. This company is an out and out fraud.

Do not order from this company the pictures they have in there catalog are not the same as what you will get customer services a joke they give you the runaround I spent $100 and they keep giving me the runaround on how to return it to get my money back. What an absolute scam

What an absolute scam. Please save your time and money and DO NOT order from this site. The images of clothing seen online are either stolen from other legitimate websites or AI generated because what you receive looks nothing at all like what you purchased. I ordered what looked like a stunning red and black plaid trench coat and what I received was a light cherry red/pink and grey rag that felt like it was made from stiff cardboard like material. Absolutely stunned. Like did they send the thing through a printer and run out of ink?? To make matters worse, the company expects you to pay for your own return shipping which is $40-$50. They do offer to give you a percentage of the refund as an alternative. Total BS. Why would I pay even more money after being scammed into giving you my money in the first place? Please heed my warning and avoid these scammers at all cost.

Got this pair recently and they’re decent. Shipping took two weeks, so a bit long. Design is stylish and quality seems solid for the price. Maybe offer faster shipping options. Overall, satisfied but not overly impressed due to the wait. Potential for improvement exists.

Item of clothing was nothing like advertised/photo.
I against my better judgement gave them the benefit of the doubt, unusually for me, but I really loved the item.
Just wish I knew what site does sell the real item, so I could buy it.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, again.

Do NOT buy from this site!

The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures! Customer service is awful. They will not refund your money even though the clothes are NOT what is described, the fabric is cheap and the workmanship is awful. The clothes were awful, the zipper didn’t work on one dress and the other was actually a pant set. I still could not get a refund! They are a rip off!

This company is a big scam ! Items pictured are NOT what you receive. It’s all garbage! And you can’t return items they don’t respond to your emails to customer support! Big rip off !

This entire experience was horrible

This entire experience was horrible. Single handedly the worst I’ve ever had. This company is not doing legal business and on top of that, not upholding to their own return policy unless pushed to do so. I was sent a product I didn’t even order and was not even offered a refund for their mistake. The long shipping time was told to me so they can “ensure quality” but I didn’t even get the right product at all. Then, they told me they were out of stock of what I ordered in the first place, but didn’t even notify me and attempted to send a completely wrong different product instead hoping I would just accept it. I was offered a small credit, not even the same value of what I paid, for my original product. There was extreme attempts of haggling in order to not refund me. Unacceptable. I had to demand multiple times to be given a full refund and quoted their own return policy. Finally they gave a “full refund” which wasn’t actually a full one since they still were not attempting to return the cost of shipping, blaming someone else for being responsible for that cost so they could get out of having to return my money. l was charged one cost, not separately for shipping. I notified they would be reported for fraud and theft if they did not comply. If told I would be refunded fully, it is unacceptable to not do so. There is a lack of transparency, integrity and effort to do good business. This company will never last long if these are the values the company has and continues with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Shipping takes 3+ months and the sizing is very inconsistent! They do not honor exchanges or returns!! I emailed them immediately about exchanging my skirt. You can either pay $40 return shipping, or get a credit for half the cost of your item! Then they didn't respond to my messages until after my return period and told me it was too late!! SCAM!!!!

The two items i ordered clearly are knit material and embroidered on the website. What i got were disgusting ugly cheap shirts printed with pictures of detailing and embroidery. This company is a big scam. It is horrible to cheat people. It is false advertising and they should be shut down. On the website the clothes appear so beautiful. What a shame that this company is cheating people. The return process is not easy and you do not get a full refund. Also they want you to pay to ship the clothes back. Why should i pay again for their bad judgement and dishonesty. I’m sure they want to make it difficult for people to get their money back. So sad. Was so looking forward to ordering more, now forget it. Never again

False Advertising of the highest level

EDIT - IF you read my actual review below, you would know that I have already reached out to contact the support team. You would also know that the response provided by them was to offer either that I pay to return the item in this situation, they provide a 40% refund, or give a $35 credit for another purchase...none of which I found acceptable. This was actually the point at which the original review was written. You have my info and, at this point, I feel that you and the company should be responsible for escalating this and that it should not require additional outreach on my part.

Original review:
My friend, knowing how much I adore lightweight, natural fibers and the boho look purchased a dress for me shown to be exactly that on the site. If you zoom into their images, you can even see that the material is gauzy and the embroidery on it is both 3D/raised (so ACTUAL embroidery) with some areas like the flowers with the small threads sticking up.

What arrived was a heavy, polyester with not a single stitch of embroidery...each and every image, belt, and neckine detail was PRINTED on. I google searched the image from the site and it pops up both for their page, as well as for AI platforms. This is false advertising in the absolute basest form.

When I reached out hoping to either make an exchange for something else that may be a more accurate description or for a refund, I was told I can either pay to ship the item back on OUR funds for this absolute nightmare, receive a 40% refund, or get $35 towards my next purchase!!!
This is potentially the biggest scam site I have inadvertently used, which is an absolute shame as the clothing shown on the site is absolutely lovely.

I have several photos both from the site and of the item which arrived and honestly wish I could be uploading them now for all to see.

I didn't have much hope for this dress…

I didn't have much hope for this dress after reading the company reviews but I bought but it was only $30 so I bought it anyway... and I love it! The only thing I don't like is it runs small so I'm ordering a new size. However, the dress is really pretty with a silky material.

They state dress is sequined. No embellishments at all. Just a plain green fabric with designs on it. The other dress, the same thing. Looks embroidered in their pictures, just a plain silky material with flower designs on it. Not worth the money.

I have lost over 200 lbs and I was so…


I have lost over 200 lbs and I was so excited to start buying new clothes. I ordered a skirt from Urisme, I waited for OVER a month for it to even ship, and it finally arrived today. The only problem is is not what I ordered. Not even close. This is so disappointing. I expected better from this company.

The customer service team had reached out several times, and honestly, the help I received was exceptional. I've read not so great reviews for Ursime, and I never thought my issue would be resolved, but they were incredibly helpful, and I even received a full refund. I am trying to buy a whole new wardrobe due to a massive weight loss, and the clothes on their site are really adorable, so I may give them another chance one day when I have the money to spare. This is my review of Ursime. It started out rough, but other than not getting the skirt I wanted, my experience with them was really great.
