Placed my order April 15, it's now August and I have gotten an email saying SHIPPED 5 mns is way yo long and customer service is zero .... WARNING THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

The cheapest pants

The cheapest pants. They make them look like they’ve been embroidered, but it’s nothing but a real bad print with really cheap material. Don’t buy whatever you do. You’ll be wasting your money.

I ordered two pairs of Adidas trainers and received what can only be described as utter utter crap. Do NOT think about purchasing from this company 🤬🤬🤬

I just received a denim jumper from Ursime.

I just received a denim jumper from Ursime last week. It is very nice looking, extremely well made, and true to size. I love it. I received a dress from them, and once again the fabric was thick and good quality, size was on the mark, and it was just like the picture. I am pleased with this company. They also have excellent customer service!

Ce Webmarchand est une grosse arnaque

Ce Webmarchand est une grosse arnaque, ils m'ont pompé plus de 100 € sans rien m'envoyer ! De plus les critiques que j'ai lues à son encontre abondent toutes dans le même sens, soit ils n'envoient rien, soit ils envoient des articles qui ne correspondent en rien à ceux commandés ! Je pense que les photos du site sont truquées via l'AI...
Comment ai-je pu être aussi naïve ?
Je ne recommande absolument pas, bien au contraire !
Impossible aussi de récupérer la somme payée...

What they advertise isn’t what you get

I would recommend that you don’t order from this company. The shirt I received wasn’t embroidered as the picture showed but was simply printed. I have sent my email to the the recommended email and have heard nothing. Also, return charges are on you. This issue seems to be a running theme for this company.

I had a problem with wrong shipping…

I had a problem with wrong shipping address, once real8zed I felt distress & contacted Ursime to correct ASAP & that's what they did! They responded & reassured me the correction was made & My order was rece8ved in a very timely manner & Ursime tracked it & informed me all
Along the way! I am happy with my purchases & will continue to order again. Ty Ursime for a job well done to calm my fears.

Read reviews before ordering and make up your own mind.

Update: I changed my ratings from 1 star to 3 stars. After the review I got an e-mail from the complaint department of Ursime. It was a nice and fast solution. They gave me a full refund and I don't have to send back the clothing. I will donate them. Even so, I will not be back, due to my experience with the clothing itself.

I had ordered three items from Ursime. God, I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. Well, the denim dress I had ordered, was not denim but full synthetic / polyester, and had the wrong design. The skirt and shirt I had ordered looked in the pictures like linen blend and heavy, I've received products that look like they have been made out of pantyhose material. The set doesn't even come close to looking like the one on their website. Customer service seems to be helpful, but they are not!! They are telling me, this is what you've ordered. NO, IT IS NOT!! I didn't order pantyhose skirt and shirt or polyester denim dress!! They will not pay for return shipping even so it is their fault. Ursime was and is the worst experience I've ever had and I won't be back. I suggest you read reviews first before you order from a fraud company like Ursime!! I wish I could attach pictures to show you the merchandise you will receive!!

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY FROM URSIME!

Caution! This online company does not deliver on its promises. The clothing received is of subpar quality, and their return policy is designed to discourage refunds. It's clear that this company is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from them..
The dress we ordered was to be a blue maxi with a full skirt. The dress we received did not resemble the one ordered in any way. The color was wrong, the material was thin and cheap, and the design was off.There was an odd chemical smell that was nauseating.
JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE AND ONE WE WILL NOT BE REPEATING!

Buyer Beware

If only I had read all the reviews before ordering noting the many many stating do not deal with this company they are scammers you do not get what you order and they refuse refunds I would not be in this position . I placed an order for $130.00 USD did not get what I ordered and now are refusing a full refund.I would advise anyone who wants to use this site to have second thoughts and to shop elsewhere you will not get what you order as the photos are totally misleading so buyer tread carefully.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! ITEMS PICTURED IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!!

I am currently fighting for refunds for 2 separate orders I placed buying work clothes for a new job. Only 3 items out of 6 came in the first order. I knew immediately that I had been scammed - the pics on the site IS NOT what you get AT ALL. You get cheap, polyester ugly crap that bears no resemblance to what you pay for. Ive had terrible response from "customer service", given a non-functioning phone number. Requested to cancel second order but of course it came anyway. I am working through my payor sources to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM CHINESE CMPANY THAT HAS NO RETURN ADDRESS AND STEALS YOUR MONEY

Items not as described

I ordered the embroidered denim jeans and boho jumpsuit. Neither item was denim as advertised. I contacted customer service and returned the items to a US warehouse. Return shipping was $17, however I did receive a full refund. Communication with customer service was satisfactory but the experience of not receiving what was advertised was disappointing. But at your own risk.

With regard to the embroidered jeans and boho rompers you mentioned, it is a pity that they are not made of denim as advertised. We understand your expectations for product authenticity, and this is what we always strive to ensure. You have successfully returned the item to our US warehouse and received a full refund and we are pleased that the customer service team provided satisfactory communication during this process.

For the $17 shipping cost incurred during the return process, although you have received a refund for the item, the additional logistics cost is really frowned upon. Customer service was excellent. They always responded to my inquiries promptly. I was happy in the way that they handled my requests. Also, I really like the two dresses that I purchased.

Took months & wrong items

First issue- it took months to get my things. Next- I ordered the fringe jean pants. The ones they sent were completely different from what I picked. They are adorable so I decided to keep them. I also ordered the boho flower plants maxi dress in a small- they sent an extra large. I am small. The material is similar to a hospital gown. I'm sure the runaround to even get it resolved will be a nightmare because the only way to contact them is through Facebook or email. Don't waste your time and money. You won't get what you paid for and customer service doesn't exist.
In response to "customer service" I still didn't get what I ordered and the quality is garbage.

Schlechte Qualität und nicht Kooperativ

Ich habe für 170€ bei Ursime eingekauft nicht nur das ich 2 Monate gewartet habe das meine Bestellung kommt NICHTS und ich wiederhole NICHTS von dem was ich bestellt habe sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Qualität und das Material sind einfach nur billig. Ich habe eine Rücksendung beantragt und mein Problem geschildert. Ursime zeigt sich nicht Kooperativ und verlangt das ich die Rücksendekosten übernehme. Zurück in die USA wären das nochmal um die 35€. Einmal und nie wieder! Größter Scam bestellt nichts auf dieser Website! Ich diskutiere seit über einem Monat mit dem Customer support!
