Avoid. The clothing looks nothing like what is on their website. Lost over £118. Fought via PayPal for money to be refunded. Guess what, the company will only refund if YOU pay for the counterfeit goods to be returned to them.

Wonderful/Helpful Customer Service

I was interested in a pair of pants which was out of stock for awhile and I contacted Urisime's customer service - they were extremely helpful in ordering this item and showed great concern for my satisfaction. I have not had that kind of customer service in a long time.

The dress I received was disgusting

The dress I received was disgusting. Where in the picture there is lace and tassels they have taken a picture and then printed this so the lace and tassels are part of the fabric which just shows they have stolen the design. The fabric is so awful it would probably give you chemical poisoning if you wear it. The sizing and cut would be funny if not s annoying. I sized according to the measuring charts and ordered the XL. It is like an Australia equivalent of a size 28. Trying to get a return RMA has been like getting blood from a stone.

With regard to the dress you mentioned, we understand your disappointment. The difference between the picture and the real thing, especially regarding the printing of the lace and tassel parts, was unexpected. We acknowledge that this does affect the overall texture and appearance of the garment, causing you distress.

Regarding fabrics, we assure you that the materials used are tested and designed to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers. However, we also understand that everyone's feelings about fabrics may be different, so we will pay more attention to the material selection and description accuracy of future products.

As for the size issue, we understand that the XL size selected according to the scale table is different from the Australian 28 size, which may cause you inconvenience. We will conduct an internal review of this and work to improve our sizing guidelines to ensure more accurate sizing matches.

Finally, we are very sorry for the difficulty of the return process. We are always working to streamline the return process, but clearly there was an oversight in this handling. We will feed this process back to the relevant teams to ensure that such requests can be handled more efficiently in the future.

Ursime Clothing is one of my worst…

Ursime Clothing is one of my worst clothing line!!! The items advertised are in poor quality and cheaply made!!! Please be warned!!! Also they will not issue a refund for damaged shipped products. They only want to give a credit but I refuse to order from them again!!!! It is a lost of money for me but I wanted to warn any future buyer what to expect. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

Upon inspection, I found that the CSR offered a solution of a 100% gift card. You misunderstood that option and accepted option 1. Later on, you realized it was not a full refund and insisted on a full refund. 

The CSR would like to offer a refund on this order, but your pictures didn't show clearly where and what was defective. Hence she needed to confirm the defect again. But she didn't hear back from you. So the refund process stopped. 

I understand your desire to get a full refund. Your feedback will be documented and shared with the corresponding team to verify and make progress.

As many have noted, what's on the website often looks superb - what is delivered isn't up to that quality.
I ordered "Vintage Boho Allover Colorblock Patchwork Lantern Sleeve Velvet Maxi Dress" for my folk festival loving wife and "Retro Floral Lace Patchwork Denim Straight Jeans" for a daughter. The good news is they both were delivered internationally after about 4 weeks, the not so good news was that what you see on the website was not the quality of what you get. However in my case the products were at least reasonable value hence the (fairly generous) 3 stars and I don't feel the need to go down the returns path.
Trust pilot may want to look at the validity of the 5 star ratings reviews which often seem generic, anodyne, and at odds with the many counter examples. May be worth a dice roll, but don't get your expectations too high.

Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. I tried to return several items that I purchased. I was disappointed with the quality and fit . I requested a return label and was told they would offer me a partial refund and a coupon for future purchases. Also stated was the ridiculous charges for an international return. The package was mailed from a US address and I offered to return to same address in original package. . Support from this company refused that offer. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute WARNING….DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ! I will write negative reviews everyplace I can until I am issued a full credit and instructions for return to same address that the package was mailed from !!!!

1. Regarding the return shipping, as per our policy, we require customers to cover the shipping cost in returning the items not defective to our New York return hub. We understand that this may not be ideal but it is a necessary policy to ensure that we can continue offering affordable prices.

2. As for the partial refund offer presented to you, it was not meant to cause any confusion or frustration but served as an alternative to returning the items. It was simply an option we provided to accommodate different customer preferences, such as customers who may find the return not practical.

3. The address on the parcel is not our return address but a transitting depot of the carrier. As was stated, our return hub is in New York.

4. Concerning the dispute and review, we apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced with the return process. We will collect your feedback to the relavant team to review our return process and make progress. But if you have made a dispute, we will not have the authority to issue refund anymore. Kindly follow it up on your financial institution.

Ordered the denim skirt with the mauve…

Ordered the denim skirt with the mauve layer skirt on the lower part. Has a gold floral leaves that goes across mist of the front both sides. . Arrives with one piece of mauve material barely gathered. The gold floral stops midway but is on the bum. Has been stuck on already lifted . They offered me 50% credit on another shop. Would I risk then 2 items of such poor quality unable to wear . Utter rubbish.

Yes I was offered to return the item at my cost or keep the item (what will I do with it, it's not wearable!) and accept a 40%credit to buy something else that is not as advertised. If there was an offer of the item replaced exactly as in the picture I would accept. But that offer has not been made. Therefore the quality is not able to be produced . The picture is false and they cannot copy the item correctly. No I haven't been satisfied and am not wasting more money to return something that was not close to what was offered in the catalogue.

Bad representation of item

I ordered a white jacket that was so beautiful but when I finally received it, it was nothing like the picture.. I wanted it for an event on the 7th of July only for it to come on the day before after ordering on in June.. I never got an email confirmation.. so I don’t think this is a good company
I’m glad I had a backup outfit

Our orders to every customer always take a while, from a week to 3 weeks, to be delivered. And our confirmation email is always sent upon shipping. If you received the order only one day after ordering, we have to assume that your order was not placed on Ursime. They will not issue the refunds that…

They will not issue the refunds that were promised via email month's ago for three items following their ridiculous return policy plus having to send the items back at my own expense. They sent me an email that stated they would be refunding the items but they never did. Terrible company and I will be reporting to BBB.

I found that both of your orders had been refunded. # UR00119819 was refunded on June 16th and # UR00151396 on June 16 as well. I have enclosed 2 screenshots of the refunds in the email I just sent you for your verification.

If you have not seen them, I suggest you check the transaction history of the paying account first (especially on June 16/17). You can also contact the corresponding financial institution to ask further questions.

What you order is nothing like what you get

I ordered the 'Elegant Long Sleeve Cinch Waist Floral Appliques Midi Dress', spent over $100AUD on it, and was so excited to wear something I didn't have to get altered to my partners graduation only for it to arrive - mind you the tracking says its still at customs - not even a quarter of the quality I had ordered. The colours are completely wrong, the quality is atrocious, and the price I paid for it is horrible. The fact that this is something that was even shipped is horrendous and I can't believe I saved up for it.

Buyer Beware - Items received are NOT what they appear…

I recently ordered a complete outfit from Ursime. I was so excited to receive because it was purchased for a special event. When arrived, I opened it and couldn’t wait to try it on. I loved it but kept thinking it seemed different that what I thought I had purchased. I opened Facebook and an ad for my outfit was on my timeline. I looked at it and thought, this is NOT what I received! I then took a photo of myself in the items received and placed it side by side what I had ordered. 100% NOT THE SAME ITEMS!!! I gave it 2 stars because I kept the outfit to wear to my event because I didn’t have time to get something else in time. EXTREMELY disappointed that the outfit was NOT what I ordered. Buyer beware - items received are not what the appear!
