If you’re checking this review site, it’s because you, like I, have been caught out by their very official looking website. This company acts as a middle man it would appear, charging 3 times what an ESTA would cost on the official site. The only reason I gave two stars and not one was because when I contacted them within minutes of my application they refunded my card immediately. I’m just concerned about my most personal information being out there with a random company now.
Google need to do better as a company and stop allowing companies to pay to be to the hot hit.

Te sale la primera página en el buscador y es una completa estafa. Te cobran mas del triple por la cara. No cometan mi error por ir rápido

This is not the official ESTA website.
But, Customer service were brilliant.
Was able to get my money back very quickly when I realised and expressed that I wanted to use the official ESTA website.
Very pricey but straight-forward to submit application. I retracted mine almost immediately so cannot comment on ESTA confirmation speed.

Scam company. They will take $140, not send VISA and never reply to emails or answer phone. Anxious that they have all my personal information. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM - don't use
Put my details in but luckily realised it wasn't legit when it asked me for $140 for an ESTA. Instantly got an email from them chasing up my application. Blocked and reported.

From start to finish, I didn’t have to worry about anything. They handled it all professionally. I never had to wait long for updates. Their communication was always quick

I trust them completely for my future applications. Their expertise makes all the difference. I felt like they genuinely cared about my application, not just as a client but as a person.

The fees were very reasonable compared to others, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. The whole experience felt very professional and well-organized.

I MADE A SMALL ERROR IN MY APPLICATION, BUT SUPPORT HELPED FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. APPROVAL ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY.

i was nervous about applying but the process turned out to be simple. my details were checked carefully, and the approval came through without delay.

I WAS SURPRISED HOW QUICKLY EVERYTHING WAS DONE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EASY, AND MY ESTA WAS APPROVED WITHIN 36 HOURS.

Got money back after cancelling the service due to delay with issuing the ESTA on time. Fast & prompt response. Very good experience.

SCAM WEBSITE - first option that comes up when you search ESTA application and it charges you over £100 without telling you, for a process which should cost $21. I panicked big time, but after sending them a threatening email requesting they delete all personal information under GDPR and process a full refund, they emailed back saying they had. I will closely monitor when the money is back in my account but I can't believe this site is allowed to still run. Please please DO NOT USE.

Although they charge an extortionate amount, I emailed them immediately to complain and received a refund within 15 minutes, so not all bad

DO NOT USE - I googled ‘ESTA Application’ - US Immigration Support came up first on the list - without checking, I continued the application process. Had to enter card details without it showing me the cost of the VISA - only saw the cost of $139 once it hit my credit card! Cost should only be $21!!!!

This is not an official website. They charge $139 rather than the gov site which charges $21

DO NOT USE

go to esta.cbp.dhs.gov This is the official site

Great information!

Te cobran tres veces más de lo que realmente vale

Okay so out of pure panic I applied through this site because it was what I found on google, not realising it wasn't the government site. Yes, they charge a very high amount $100+ when through the actual government site it's $21. Technically not a scam cos it's not fake, I got my visa within a few hours, so don't panic, just make sure to check on the actual government website that your application has gone through. I didn't get an email confirming the visa was granted but I saw it was granted on the official site. Whether this premium payment expedited the process? I don't know. The job is done and it was urgent anyways.

GUYS DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!!! I applied for an ESTA through the actual government site previously and it only cost $21, so I was confused when I got on this site and there were exorbitant fees. I thought it was part of the current gov's approach to immigration so I ALMOST fell for it but PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE GUYS it is just as easy to apply through the actual US gov site, which is esta.cbp.dhs.gov If you are unsure about the site you are on, the scam sites do disclose that they are not affiliated with the US government. Make sure to read everything carefully and do not fall for it!! Also, from what I have seen on my own laptop, the actual US gov site is NOT one of the sponsored options when you google 'ESTA', so do not click on the sponsored ones, I they are likely to be scams, too.
