Oplichters rekenen € 122,86 terwijl ze zeggen $ 21,00 te rekenen gemaild dat ze teveel berekenen krijg netjes mail terug dat het bedrag alleen gereserveerd is en dat ze $ 21,00 belasten maar helaas het blijft gewoon € 122,86 helaas zag ik de reviews te laat neem de site homeland security.

LA SOLICITUD EN LA PÁGINA OFICIAL SOLO CUESTA 20 EUROS. Usinmigrationsuport confunde al usuario posicionándose al principio de la búsqueda al estar patrocinada mediante pago; es un cebo usando colores e imágenes similares a la de la página oficial. De esta manera el usuario cree estar en la página correcta del gobierno, cuando en realidad es un ardid por el que te cobrarán 5 veces más ( de US$119.99 a US$209.99) de su costo real que es de US$21. Cuando te das cuenta del error, y quieres solicitar la devolución, los TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES que se debería haber leído antes hacen que desistas y reces porque al menos la solicitud se procese en condiciones aunque el engaño te cueste 90 euros. No entiendo cómo no está regulado este tema.
A favor, que la gestión se ha realizado muy rápido; en unas horas tenía en mano el documento. Lo recomendaría si tuviera un precio razonable y no tan excesivo.

A scam company. Don't use them. Go to the official US Department of Homeland Security which required use of an app. Ridiculous fees and now have all my passport details. Criminal.

They pose as the US government Immigration agency and then charge an exhorbitant amount to process your Application. Avoid!!

I expected the government department but found out afterwards that it was a middle man, charging 132€ per person. There was 4 of us travelling, so I was very surprised!
I would have given a 1 star but in fairness to them, as soon as I asked for a refund (within 24hrs), they cancelled the transactions and refunded everything.

Go straight to the government department website, as it is much cheaper.

Charged me £99 when it should only be £21. My sister used the official website and got hers approved within 24 hours and was only charged £21.

Horrible scammers!!

I fell victim to paying an exorbitant fee to this site. I realised my mistake within 30 minutes and emailed asking for a cancellation/refund - I have been ignored ever since. They then submitted the ESTA application on my behalf about 4 days later, despite me repeatedly asking them not to. Currently disputing with my bank but not sure what will happen. So very sad.

Unclear that this is not the official government website, Google will bring this up as the first result not the official!! They’ll take $121 and ignore all communication from that point on, no chance of getting an ESTA

These are scammers, their website resembles so much the governmental platform that you don't realize for quite some time. They charge huge fees for services and don't even provide them. I paid 159 USD and never received a response on my requests. Just complete ignorance. I'm reporting this to bank and requesting chargeback since they continue ignoring my emails.

Leider sind wir auch auf diese Seite reingefallen. Es wird beim Abschluss des Antrages nur der Betrag von 21 USD angezeigt, das böse Erwachen kommt dann bei Abbuchung der Kreditkarte.
Die Zahlung für die ESTA von meinem Mann wurde anscheinend gar nicht weitergegeben, dadurch kam es zur Ablehnung der ESTA meines Mannes und seitdem haben wir einen Riesenmehraufwand und nur Theater.
Ich habe der Firma Mails geschickt, auf die zuerst überhaupt nicht reagiert wurde. Erst als ich drohte, sie anzuzeigen und rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, wurde die Bearbeitungsgebühr meiner ESTA zurücküberwiesen.

Scam alert! Don’t use this website! Use the offical Department of Homeland Security instead. Our ESTA should have cost us $100 for our family of three, but we just paid $580. I feel sick about it, I’ve emailed Ana about it and cancelled our cards. But they have all of our information which is alarming.

I thought this was the correct site for my ESTA, But not reading the fine print, until later realised was not official site, I sent them a message within the hour, and cancelled my application, then within the hour they refunded back to my credit card. So although it wasn’t the official site ,they did the right thing by me,albeit they have all my information. Thank you.

I’ve also used the Website as I thought it was the original one. As here said I’ve sent an Email with complaint ASAP and my both ESTA request and payment (for me and my husband) were canceled and I will not be charged for the services.

I won’t loose money, but our personal data are already somewhere there…

Als ik googelde op esta verklaring aanvragen
verscheen deze organisatie. Het lijkt alsof je op de
officiële website van ESTA zit. Zij blijken een
tussenpersoon die veel commissie vragen. Echter
het meest zorgelijke is dat zij mij hebben
gevraagd om mijn BSN en een scan van mijn
paspoort. Nader onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat
dat bij de officiële website helemaal niet hoeft. Je
dient enkel je paspoort nummer in te geven. Heb direct een andere creditkaart en ander paspoort aangevraagd. Ze zeggen dat ze me de 139euro niet zullen aanrekenen en enkel de 21euro die een ESTA kost maar vooralsnog zie ik op mijn creditcard nog steeds 139euro gereserveerd. Op mijn mail met vraag vanwaar ze mijn bsn nummer opvroegen en een scan van oaspoort heb ik nog geen bericht gehad

I realised I had overpaid through this website and emailed them at info @ usimmigration-support.org. My ESTA had came through before I had received a response to my request for a refund. However, I then received a response (about 3 hours later) from them confirming they would only charge me $21. Although the charge of $139 had been put through my bank, it was still being processed so they were able to update this before the payment had been processed, and only $21 was deducted. So make sure you ask for a refund asap and they will give it to you!
There is a 90 day refund policy on their website too.

While tired and in a hurry, I went through the ESTA application process on this website thinking that it was the Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security. After entering my payment details, I was shocked to be charged 133.89€ instead of the standard $21. I immediately responded to the confirmation email I received with the following email and luckily got immediately reimbursed within a couple of hours.

Real scammers!
Although I´m usually very careful, I have also applied for ESTA on their sites. They did send the ESTA document, but charged me $136 instead of $21.
I have written to them that I do not agree with these scammy practices. They replied me promptly that they would only charge me $ 21, and the rest of the amount would be unblocked in my account within a few working days. So I'm waiting. Plus, I'm worried about sensitive data leakage.

Scam via impersonation of official website. Looks exactly the same. They pay for their site to appear first. Was in hosp with my daughter having undergone surgery and booked ESTA to take to USA for treatment and fell foul to these people. What should have been $21 they charged an additional $140 and now im struggling even more
