Ich finde es tragisch, dass die Information dieses Anbieters, nicht deutlicher dem Benutzer angepriesen werden, in dem er die Info über die Bearbeitungsgebühr mit OK anklicken (bestätigen) muss, damit er im Prozess weiterkommt, und dass der Link zur «Official Website oft he Department of Homeland Security» nicht als LINK eindeutig erkennbar ist.

Es macht den Eindruck dass man hier hinters Licht geführt wird. Auch beim Zahlungsprozess mit Kreditkarte gibt es keine Informationen dass dieser Service KOSTENPFLICHTIG ist. Man merkt es erst mit der Belastung der Kreditkarte und wird dann stutzig, da ESTA auf der offiziellen Webseite für 21 $ angeboten wird.

Ich habe umgehend reklamiert und die Stornierung der «Bestellung» verlangt. Sie wurde storniert und mir ist kein finanzieller Schaden entstanden !
Mir ist klar geworden dass das Internen mehr als je, voll mit Betrügern ist. Hier muss eine prüfende Behörde oder der Konsumentenschützer aktiv werden und solche Machenschaften nicht zulassen.
Solche dubiosen, Websiten gehören verboten.

Was hat der Betreiber dieser Webseite us immigrationsupport davon ?

Er muss die Bestellung und die Kreditkarten Buchung annullieren, Blindleistung für gar nichts, reinste Zeitverschwendung.

WE DID PAY 121 $ and after 9 days they said your visa request is denied without any reason!!! They are FRAUD!!!!!

They do not know how to submit an ESTA properly and delay the process. Do it yourself though the official website. It is cheaper and faster. What a fraud organization. Stay away.

The website is listed as first by Google (sponsored) and I naively thought it was the official one. I was charged 139£ and I got my ESTA in only a few hours. I told them that I had used their website by mistake and asked for a refund. They only took 21£. DARE TO ASK!
The website clearly states that they are "NOT affiliated with any United States governmental agency" but I somehow missed this. I felt scammed even if the ESTA is legit. I would have preferred not to share my personal data with them.

SCAM PHISHING SITE AND EMAILS!

I received an email saying to "re enter the info for your [6 m.o.] daughter's ESTA" and knew something was off, so I looked at the actual uscis.gov website, and sent an email inquiry about the email regarding potential fraudulent emails, and the response I received was:

"Thank you for your inquiry. The email you have forwarded **[email address of info@us-immigrationsupport .org]** is NOT a[n American government] email address/website, and is not affiliated with USCIS.

Reine Abzocke ! Krass Überhöhte Preise ohne Nutzen! Meine Kreditkarte hatte die Überweisung Gottseidank abgelehnt!

Total utter scam. I still can’t believe this happened it was so similar to the actual site. Still bamboozled it happened. Check domains again and again - a big lesson.

This is not the official USA Visa Website, but Google has it as Number 1. I paid by mistake. But they were incredibly reasonable. I emailed them back and received a full refund within the hour. I should have read the fine print. Bravo, US Immigration Support! Excellent customer service for someone who used the wrong website.

Private Betrugs Firma! Sie verlangen pro Person $139, was Wucher ist! Bei soliden Unternehmen oder direkt bei US Government kosten die ESTA Erstellungen $21. Diese Firma verlangt das 6 fache! Sie werben damit, dass sie die $21 "abdecken" und alle nachkommenden Änderungen nichts mehr kosten. Was soll denn danach noch geändert werden? Mein Name, mein Geschlecht? Einfach unverschämt!

Avoid avoid! Didn’t know this was the unofficial website. This is a Google sponsored website. As soon as you pay contact your bank and their email address they contact you on. Lesson learnt!

Just like a lot of other reviewers, I thought I was on the US Government official website to get an ESTA. Turns out I wasn't but to be fair the web pages did state it was not the Government website, I just didn't see the small print.
I was surprised to see a credit card charge of around £93 for this so I contacted US Immigration Support through the email address given on the confirmation email received from them.
Again, to be fair, they responded in a few minutes and agreed to cancel the application and the fee charged to the credit card.
As others have said they appear at the top of a google search, maybe the wording 'sponsored' at the top of the search results is a clue that it's a paid for service to get to the top of the search results list?

First site that come up when searching for ESTA application - lookalike/dupe forms, I didn't suspect anything dodgy and only discovered when checking my bank account that I'd been charged $121 (plus a transaction fee and interest - to add insult to injury!). Note to self - look, look and look again and then once more! Suggest you do too..... Have complained, so will see what happens.... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sooooo... I started my application a couple of weeks ago, and the website was very misleading. I thought it was an official website. I saved the application process on my bookmarks and came back to it later to finish it.
In the meantime, it seems like they changed their website and added all the info about them not being the official visa application website. I didn´t see this before finalising my application because I had saved the application page, not their home page.
After I received their confirmation email, I noticed that they are an agency.
Long story short: The fact that they changed their website and included all the info about being an assistance service provider makes me believe they will, at least, deliver the service. I´ll end up paying almost double what I would if I had applied through the official website, but it is what it is. I´m still waiting on the visa, so I´ll come back to update this review ASAP.

If you're here then you've probably already been scammed by them. I also recommend you change your default search engine from Google to a different company that doesn't promote sponsored links by scammers

Pure oplichting! Je kan een ESTA makkelijk zelf aanvragen via de "Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security" voor het standaardbedrag van 21 dollar (okt. 2024). Idioot dat deze firma er 100 dollar voor vraagt, voor een aanvraag die in 5-10 minuten is gedaan. Niet doen dus!!

I booked my esta by mistake on this site. When I realised and raised the issue with them they were very relaxed and easy about it and only took the 21 dollars, which I thought was fair, although I still don’t understand the supposed value add.

Charge you 100 dollars more to get as ESTA. AVOID!!

This is a copycat website. They use a similar name to advertise on Google, and the interface is exactly the same as the official ESTA website. Fortunately, I paid with AMEX, and when they charged through AMEX only allowed 21 USD to be deducted. Even though they deceived me, they honestly admitted it. At the same time, they also submitted my application, and it has been approved. In the end, I spent 21 USD to apply for ESTA. What I am worried about is the leakage of personal information and bank card information. I hope that this kind of website will not appear again in our life.
