Us Immigrationsupport

I was not cautious enough, I thought this is the official US Immigration site. But Immigrationsupport did what they promise. My advice is to use the official homepage beacuse that is much cheaper but following my request within some hours I received my approved authorization to enter to the US. I received it but 100USD more expensive.

SCAM. SCARED.

Same story. I applied and paid but got an email with an order number I didn't recognise asking me to resubmit my passport. There were no instruction on how to do that. Turns out (I think) the official site is .net not .org. I've applied again and paid again. Hopefully I will get me money back.

the same story as the other reviews. I quickly emailed that I wanted to cancel, but received a response a few minutes later that my request had been approved. So I don't think I will get anything back. I also have no idea whether it is an official ESTA.

Scam company. Do not use. They Charged me 121 USD and the transaction had already cleared so I couldn't ask my bank to reverse the transaction. They didn't even send me a receipt or acknowledgement of the transaction. I then asked for a refund the day after, and they eventually responded to that saying they would consider it. 2 weeks later I have received an email saying its been approved. I'm straight up apalled with this outfit and encourage everyone to just use the main .gov website, I got one with them and it was approved in a few hours

I too used this company, it wasn’t until I told my daughter how much I was charge that she informed me it was wrong. I have emailed them for a cancellation and refund. I just ordered around an hour ago so the payment is technically still pending. Fingers crossed I get my refund.

Same experience as the others.. website misleading and looking like the original ESTA. You only discover the price after. I've immediately submitted the request to cancel the application process and refund me. I hope they stop the process and do not charge the transaction.

I feel misled - I thought I was applying for a travel visa via the US Embassy. Currently, I have a charge of £92 pending and having read these reviews, I emailed the company to stop the process and transaction. Fingers crossed I won't be out of pocket. In my aim to get things sorted due to having to travel for a family emergency, I assumed that the site was a legit US Embassy site, until I scrolled to the bottom of their website page - by then the payment was already pending from my account.

same as everyone else got confused that it was official ESTA website, have requested a refund , so far no reply from them, I havent even received a receipt by reply. Please report massively to
reportfraud.ftc.gov

I was charged $198 for an ESTA. At no time was it made clear how much I would be charged as the only cost referred to the actual cost of the ESTA $21. It was also unclear it was an agent not the govt site.

Have just applied for an ESTA having been deceived that this was the official ESTA website. Have emailed info@ requesting refund, hoping this happens soon.

I just applied for a Visa using this site and was charged £91 I didn't realise until I checked my account. I am requesting a refund. Far too much money considering it is only $21 which is roughly £15.
Latest update. I have received full refund

Important

Don't use them they are realy too expensive.
Very sad to learn that they don't tell you the price before.
Normally $21 but with them €111. This is crazy.
Fraude.

Thieves. dont use and beware

I thought this was the official site, missed the line, this is operated by a US law firm, paid a fee of £97 each I spoke to a friend who told me that the process was by a US government app. I tried to halt the payment, but having read these reviews I E mailed and they cancelled the transaction, so I got my money back. Which I am really pleased about, the official app is quicker and simpler and cost $21

Netjes!

Never revealed the price! Big scam company. ESTA travel visa only cost €21, they charged us € 111!!!!! Because they never tell you this BEFORE applying, there's no way back and you will have to pay your ESTA 6x!

Scammers, but if you are reading this then it is probably too late.
