Delivered what they said they would. But no need to use them. Can put same data into official site and pay $21 instead of $121. Feel a bit embarrassed at having used these people rather than slowing down and looking for correct place….another life lesson learned.

What bothers me is that we gave very sensitive information to a site that looks like an official one. It charges $121--so similar to the $21 fee that you might not catch it. Luckily we did before we approved payment. But again, they now have so much of our personal information.

I applied for a visa on this site and was charged £94 instead of the stated $21. The site looks official but I should have double checked. Awaiting to hear if I can get a refund.

I like a lot of others used this site thinking it was the official site and was charged $121, I immediately sent an email complaining and have recieved the same email answer a lot on here did. I have received a refund but this is so poor, perhaps a schoolgirl error by me but the site looked very official. Beware of this site however if you do inadvertently use it, you do have 90 days to request a refund for the difference between the official cost $21 and their fee.

Like everyone here, I applied for my Esta via us-immigrationsupport.org. When I paid, 21USD was displayed, which is what I paid. Saw credit card statement today and it was 121USD. I wrote to Estafee that it wasn't suitable for dance, that it cost so much and I wanted the $100 back. They responded within 3 hours. I had to answer 6 questions and within 2 hours I received a response saying that they apologized for the misunderstanding and would refund me the $100. yes it is not well explained, but they are quick and helpful afterwards. Esta was also approved in advance within 12 hours. Dare to complain

They look like the official ESTA site then charge you a lot of money. Do not use!

Despicable 'business'. Clearly designed to look official to mislead people into thinking that this is the government page – apart from the barely noticeable disclaimers that are only there for plausible deniability and to make it barely legal. They ask for the exact same info as the official ESTA page (look for the .gov address) so you don't even save any time by using this 'service', but they charge you $121 instead of the official $21. AVOID. I've asked for a refund since I noticed this scammy practice too late. I'll update here with their (non) response.

I applied for ESTA thinking this was the official site.
Entered my credit card info.
Immediately received a message from my bank asking me to authorise a payment of $120!
I declined the payment.
The “Penny dropped.” This was not a US Govt site.
I found the genuine site and after completing form a payment of $21 was taken.
The $120 charge was not taken but to be cautious I have stopped my credit card.

Today I decided to apply for the ESTA visa and I had the same problem like everybody else in this review. Fortunately, I realized on time, I sent an email of complaint, cancelling the application and they refund me the whole amount almost in no time.
Call it luck or they really are honest scammers haha. The only thing that I don't understand is that how Google permits itself to be an accomplice of this scam website even if they get paid for sponsorship.

Niet in de gaten dat het niet de website van Esta zelf was, net als velen anderen. Ik kreeg het pas door toen wij de Esta binnengekregen en daar op stond dat het per stuk 21 dollar koste ipv 121, die ik had betaald! Nav tips op deze site een mail gestuurd met de mededeling dat er vast een fout was gemaakt omdat ze 121 dollar hadden gerekend ipv het bedrag van 21 dollar die op de Esta stond. En jawel: heel bijzonder, maar ik kreeg binnen half uur bericht dat het extra betaalde geld niet van mijn creditcard zou worden afgeschreven en ik alleen maar 21 dollar per Esta hoefde te betalen. Halve dag later bleek dit inderdaad te kloppen. Bijzonder, maar heel blij dat ik 200 dollar heb teruggekregen! Maar voorkom dit een bestel het hier niet, maar op de .gov site! (De Esta is overigens wel echt, dat heb ik op de officiële site gecheckt).

Just like all the other reviews on this website I was actually a bit shocked when I saw the withdrawal of $121 from my bank account. It was not very clear on their website that they are not the official US government website for ESTA. But in their terms and conditions it says that you could get a refund within 90 days, which I requested. When I emailed them with this request I got the following message (within a couple of hours):

“As we have already submitted the application we have only charged you the US $ 21.00 government fee. We have only captured US $ 21.00 from the original amount that your bank authorized when you made your order.

The price for your travel authorization of US $ 21.00 is now the exact amount you have been charged.

The charge may take a few business days to update on your card/bank statement, when you will see the original authorization removed and replaced with the US $ 21.00 charge.”

They didn’t lie! The $121 that was withdrawn from by bank account was changed to $21 within two days. To check whether my ESTA was legit or not I tried to look up my ESTA in the official application of the US government. It appeared to be legit and the authorisation was approved.

Concluding, I still would advise you to use the official US government website to apply for your ESTA, but this one is legit and after all the same price as at the official website.

This is not the official website but it was impossible to tell. It was the first hit on a search and looks official. When inputting my card details it did not advise the cost. I thought I would be able to tell on the card app authentication process. However it did not go through the normal authenticity process on my app. The payment just went straight through and I was unaware of the cost. It is more than 4 times what it should be. I have asked them to void the payment and I will also be contacting my bank. Hopefully other applicants will check trust pilot first!

Bedankt voor de reviews. Hierdoor las ik dat ik via mail de bestelling kon annuleren. Ik had visa al gebeld en die konden niets voor me doen. Het kon dus wel via mail. Daar werd door dit bedrijf erg snel op gereageerd, dat is dan het positieve…

I thought this was the official US visa website so duly completed my application. Only when I received my bank statement did I realise I had been scammed and had been charged 5 times the official cost of a Visa. I am furious. I am in the process of asking for a refund. These are dishonest, unethical and downright disgusting practices.

Inderdaad teveel betaald. Meteen gemaild en binnen een half uur was de bestelling geannuleerd.

Inderdaad pure oplichters !!!! Ziet er goed en professioneel uit maar geven niet aan wat de kosten zijn. Na diverse stappen is er ineens een bestelling gedaan en staat er een reservering op je creditcard account. Gelukking meteen een mail gestuurd en de bestelling geannuleerd. De website is niet gekoppeld aan een overheidsinstelling. Ze kunnen zelf de ingevoerde gegevens doorvoeren naar de officiele website en 100 euro achterover drukken per transactie. Wegblijven dus bij deze oplichters !

Pure oplichting! Een site die lijkt op een officiele Amerikaanse overheidssite maar in plaats van USD21 betaal je USD121…

We got scammed as well, paying $121 instead of $21. So send an angry email, they replied it was legit. I send ANOTHER email complaining, and got my $100 back! My boyfriend tried the same thing and it worked for him as well. So might be worth a try!
