Great customer service helped me find what I needed. shipped as available, good time.

Shipping cost excessive at $72.00 with product warehoused in Kissimmee and delivered to my home in Palm Coast, two hours away.
Delivery date missed.
Packing within the tool inadequate as Velcro strap holding doweller broke and contents bounced around in case.
Product fortunately not damaged and quality very good
Instruction manual minimal with only pictures showing operation and setup. I expected a $500 tool to have instructions better than an IKEA footstool.

Customer service (Caesar) was outstanding!

Great great product ordered it and shipped out relatively quick for being in Southern California. Amazing tool. The only thing that I’m iffy about is that power switch hope it holds up.

Easy website to navigate. The items are of excellent quality. Shipping was fast to Hawaii.

I have called twice about an issue what I purchased and have not received a call yet.

Sent several tickets to try and return an item that doesn’t meet my needs but theres no number to call or even a return tab. Don’t buy anything here unless you know for certain it’s what you need!

The tool I ordered(RP28)was delivered with parts missing ( the cutting blade, attachment screws and sole). An email quickly solved the issue as I was sent a new tool complete and also a replacement blade which is great!

My only issue is now I have two sets, but one is minus the sole and screws and I don’t know what to go with the extra part I’ll never use as it is brand new.Thanks - Dave

The website was easy to use. The edgebander works great and was delivered promptly.

I cannot give 5 stars at this time because my FC116U arrived loose in the crate it was sent in. They clamped the unit to a 2x that pulled through the nails and screws that were holding the wood. There is a damaged piece that I believe they are replacing, a $1.00 item. I haven’t used it yet and am hoping that is the only damage. I would suggest adding packing material inside the crate. I’m no engineer but I wouldn’t send a machine like that.
