Answers to online questions were answered promptly. Order arrived quickly. I ordered the lipping planer. It worked as advertised. Results were excellent.
Note: I would pay extra for a storage box if one were offered.

Still missing part of my order

I received my order in a timely manner…
I received my order in a timely manner and was satisfied with the order process. However, I used the chat option before I ordered to determine if I needed to order bolts with the blade holder and never did get a reply, even after a day of waiting. This caused me to order parts I really didn't need.
