My WiFi
My WiFi went off and had to contact Venous help desk.
The lady I spoke to was called Cindy and was very understanding and patient with me. I am a lady in my 70’s so needed talking through the details to rectify the problem.

So far, so good.....

The installers Reece and Tom friendly,communicated well and clean and tidy.clean, tidy and quick
The installers Reece and Tom were friendy and clean and tidy in their work. They explained what they were going to do, we discussed options for cable routings and agreed which way they would use and where to locate terminal blocks. Whole process only took 2hrs including use of cherry picker to string fibre cable over other cables. Overall good. BB speed jumped from 63 to 291Mbps.

Today i spoke to Cindy in Customer Service, I don't usually leave a review but was so impressed, she really went the extra mile!! Nothing was a problem she listened to me, then suggested a solution explained everything so I understood & even called me back. To say I'm impressed is an understatement, thank you Cindy you're a real asset to Voneus 😁
