Two engineers installed our outside box and router. please?Dan and Jake did their job following discussion with me as to location. Joshua Page was my initial contact and talked me through the process of signing up to your service. Joshua was most helpful and patient. I have not been able to get access to my £50 voucher although I entered the details requested. Can you help me with this please.

Had some problems drifting in and out of signal, However after a lengthy conversation and trying different things,The Voneus chap said, Leave it with me and I will do my best to get it sorted. He was true to his word, Within 30 minutes had a good signal and has been good since.

The rep that introduced himself was very polite and freindly. He explained everything clearly so that we could understand. He wasnt pushy. What a lovely young man. Explained how it worked, and how it was to be installed. He made us feel confident that this was the plan for our boadband.

My broadband router recently failed and Voneus responded promptly to my cry for help. The agent I spoke to, named Yolanda, was extremely helpful, patient and courteous in identifying the problem. A replacement router was soon despatched and on it's arrival Yolanda helped to set it up efficiently.
