My Wife And i were put into a…

My Wife And i were put into a predicament that we will never get into again. If it wasn't for Wesley Group we would of still been stuck with our TS. It took almost 3 years to get out of the TS but that was because the TS we were with was one of the most difficult ones to be released from. Because of Wesley's persistence and some patience on our side, we were able to obtain the goal of being released on November Of 2025. Thank you so much!! Call them now

Call them now. They got me out of three timeshares and held my hand throughout the process. I could not have one this on my own. They removed a lifetime of maintenance fees and headaches. I will forever be grateful to them.

The Real Deal in Timeshare Exit.

Joshua Obermeyer was our representative. He was a blessing to us. He was always kind, caring and professional. He really cared about getting us out of a bad situation with the timeshares. Wesley Financial Group terminates our timeshare

Our family wanted to terminate our timeshare ownership for obvious reasons - higher and higher maintenance fees and lack of communication with the timeshare company as the most prominent reasons.
We also wanted a timeshare exit company that had an extensive history of closing timeshares for its clients and a company that demonstrated to us a professional, structured approach to accomplishing this objective.
We found that company in the Wesley Financial Group, LLC. All the people we interacted with at Wesley as we were being introduced to its services were both personable and professional. The process we experienced learning about those services was exceptional.
Kat Almon, Senior Redolution Specialist, was our direct contact. She guided us through the process and kept us informed regularly on its status. Kat was great. We could not have asked for more.
We enrolled in Wesley’s program in late February 2025. Our case was resolved - our timeshare was terminated - in September 2025.
We appreciate all that Wesley was able to do for us. We would recommend those families desiring to terminate a timeshare to contact Wesley Financial Group, LLC.

The sample letters that Wesley provided…

The sample letters that Wesley provided were helpful and worked for us. We had prompt responses from our timeshare company and we got what we wanted, we no longer have the timeshare. We did have to send the letters ourselves and I found grammatical errors that I corrected. I think that the fees that Wesley charged are too high for the amount of time that they actually spent on our case.

We Handled Our Timeshare Cancellation, Not Wesley!
If zero stars were possible, Wesley would earn them. Wesley never contacted our timeshare, passed us between agents, provided little to no communication, and relied on canned templates while our account went into default, resulting in foreclosure notices and serious damage to our credit.
WE negotiated our own cancellation directly with the timeshare company; Wesley did not. Wesley's follow-up was a congratulations email and suggesting outside credit repair, likely at our expense. Advertising claims to eliminate fees and annual payments are false, at least for us. We paid thousands for nothing. Wesley Financial Group failed to deliver, misrepresented its services, and in our opinion treated us no better than the timeshare company itself.

They get it done

They took a personal approach and coached me through the entire process, every step of the way. They tailored their approach to my needs and personality. It was expensive, but worth it in the long run.

Experience with Wesley Resolution department

After someone at Wesley Financial read my review, then they got back to me. I was given the reasons for the issues. I was told the person who returned my call was the "team leader" and supposedly Roxanne Hall was her top representative. Well that didn't relieve my mind at all. So Tuesday, the 23rd, was my meeting with Frannie, the resolution department specialist that was my contact. Once again time was spent going over same information. For the first time in this whole process, I hear that there could be Exit Fees charged by the timeshare management company but Frannie wasn't sure of how much the fees might be. Also, Wesley Financial takes no responsibility for these fees. Then she informed me the management company is very difficult to work with due to not giving quick response time. I told her if there are exit fees, there is no way I can pay those. So Wesley has had $6999 of my money since August 12th and I've done the work . So what exactly has my upfront money covered?? I asked before and was told there is behind the scene work that goes on and the resolution department is going through all the documents which is not true. When the exit term of 36 months comes and if there's no exit, Wesley just made the interest off of $6999 in my case.

Wesley Financial Group was most helpful in coordinating everything in getting our issues with our TimeShare group resolved. They were easy to work with and Angela English and her team did a great job in helping us navigate the path to resolution of our membership.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Westgate was the most difficult people to deal with, but Wesley stuck with me and helped me so much. Started my adventure with Wesley 2019 It was worth every penny . K Kayal, H Hancock, B Sauters , T Turner, K Henderson, Summer Brooks, C Mccarthy, J Duke, was all my WFG reps till the end and they explained every step along the way. We made it!!!!!!

They helped but are expensive!!!

They did get us out of our timeshare but at a very high cost. They did call on a regular basis (about every 45 days) and it took about 6 months. We wish we had done more homework to find a much cheaper way to get out of it though. We needed out because the cost of staying as owners was more than we were able to afford and then we had to come up with a ridiculous amount to have them help us!

Wesley helped us get out of our…

Wesley helped us get out of our timeshare and one thing I learned about this entire situation is to trust the process. At some point, my husband and I became impatient and almost gave up and Wesley was right there with me being compassionate and very understanding while also patiently walking me through the process again. I am glad my husband and I chose to stay as now we get to celebrate being liberated from a timeshare! Thank you to everyone who was part of our journey!

Avoid compounding your mistake

I told the VP that my mistake 23 years ago was signing on the dotted line without allowing some time from the presentation to buying a time share. I would not compound my mistake by using Wesley Financial group without additional discussion with my wife. He gave some lame excuse that I needed to sign up today, a used car salesman with a slick video and brochure.
