From the start to the end of the process of my timeshare exit, was all that Wesley Financial promised! They was truthful about what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone who want to exit their timeshare.

This company keeps harassing me. They keep setting up appointments, calling me multiple times a week, and sending me "kits" in the mail. The mail is addressed to either me, my husband, my mother (who does not live with us), my stepfather (who does not live with us), or my deceased father. They do not accept No as an answer.

Exceptional customer service communication and follow up. Performed everything in the contract very well.

After a long drawn-out process, Wesley Financial Group was able to accomplish what we thought was impossible. What made our experience great was Wesley listened and worked with and mostly for us. The time share we were is we really enjoyed in the beginning until they put us into a program that we specifically told them could not cost more than what we were paying and when it did they quit talking to us. Wesley took over and helped us. Best decision we ever made. We would recommend Wesley to everyone!

Don’t be deceived .In 2020, I hired the Company to help my daughter and me exit a timeshare with Silverlake. I made the payment and they informed me that they would fix my credit once the process was finished. This is still reflected in my daughter's credit report as of now. I made multiple calls and spoke with representatives from Wesley who were supposed to successfully eliminate the negative report about this timeshare. I made a call in July 2025 and was informed that someone would contact me, but I still haven't received any response. This seems like misleading promotion.

Wesley Financial Group is a great timeshare exit company and if you're lucky enough to get Jada Harris as your consultant you're even going to have a better experience! She worked tirelessly in keeping my wife and I informed with the process even with my difficult work schedule. Truly was a very smooth experience.
