Efficient and helpful response to my initial enquiry followed by equally efficient performance regarding completion of order . Product is installed , looks good - and hoping for satisfactory performance.

Some things were missing from the order, but this may have happened once out for delivery. WPS were contacted and the missing items were dispatched immediately and received the following day.

There were a couple of issues with delivery of orders, but these were dealt with immediately and resolved within 24 hrs. Customer service excellent.

I struggled to find someone locally to fit a glass balustrade to my first floor roof. I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and thought I would give WPS a try. I have to say I am so glad I did. From start to finish they have been so helpful and all went to plan. I would like to say a big thank you to Kate and the fitters for sorting this for me.

WPS and in particular Hollie’s Customer Service was outstanding. Very quick to respond to questions sent via email, provided excellent advice and they accommodate all of my requirements. The deliveries arrived on time and I received a call from the driver one hour ahead of his arrival.
The product (35 m2) of composite decking was also perfect. They could not have managed this any better. Thank you.
