First class item & excellent price
I was very pleased with the price. Communication from company was first class. Albie was clear professional, a credit to the company.
There are couple of points which perhaps the company should address.
1. I was not fully aware of the actual size of the item, from the advertising picture, so it was much smaller than I anticipated. Whether this is a marketing ploy by companies advertising on the Web, is a factor I'm not sure.
2. The item was much a much lighter colour. I was expecting an item of a deeper & darker blue. But it's a much lighter blue.
That said, it is a very beautiful and "standout" piece of Jewellery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with the price, communication and service from Albie, and that overall you are happy with your jewellery.
We completely understand that buying jewellery online can sometimes be difficult, as you are unable to see and appreciate the item in person before purchasing. We try to give the best possible representation of each piece through our product images, along with the dimensions and size information provided in the product specifications on each product page.
We also offer a comprehensive 30 day money back guarantee, giving you the option to return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. In some cases, we may also be able to have the item returned to us and change a particular stone for a darker colour if preferred.
That said, we really appreciate your feedback and are very pleased to hear that you find the piece beautiful and a standout item. Thank you again for your positive review and for choosing us.

Awful Service!!
Called to ensure item was in stock prior to placing order as it was imperative I received it by the delivery date stipulated. Was assured they had it in stock so placed my order. Received an email a few hours later to advise there was a stock error and it would now take 6 weeks! Called them to see if there was an alternative in stock. After a brief hold I was advised that “good news, we have the same ring with a slightly different stone shape in stock”. Was then advised that it was actually a different size and they could not resize it but “it would make a good temporary solution” as an engagement ring. Engagement rings aren’t temporary!!! Chap I dealt with sounded half asleep.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how important it was for you to receive the ring in time for such a significant occasion.
Unfortunately, there was a stock error which meant the item was incorrectly showing as available. Once this was identified, we contacted you within an hour of your order being placed to let you know, and no payment was taken.
Our team did try to offer an alternative that was available immediately, although we completely appreciate that the alternative offered was not suitable for your engagement or your requirements. We’re also sorry if the way this option was communicated came across poorly.
We apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, particularly given the importance of the occasion.
