Almost flawless experience
Very helpful , very approachable and easy to contact. The experience would have been absolutely first class had my request that no pricing information be made available to the recipient. Unfortunately it was but I thought it would be unfair to drop a star for that.

Superb ring
It is a superb ring and I am very pleased with it. It satisfies my 70th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. My wife has also chosen a ring to commemorate both these occasions. Anybody who sees it thinks it is perfect for me.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing, especially as the necklace was intended as a birthday gift.
All of our jewellery is carefully quality checked and securely packaged before dispatch, and there was no knot in the chain when it left us. Unfortunately, despite our packaging, necklaces can occasionally become tangled during transit.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered to carefully untangle the necklace and return it to you free of charge. We also provided a full refund to resolve the matter, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
