Positive experience
Consultation process is very simple and straight forward. Doctors make you feel at ease and you don't feel like you are being judged. My only negative is the price and selection. Stock seems to change quite regularly and when you finally find medication at the right price point, next appointment it is out of stock or unavailable and only a more expensive variety is available.

I am happy enough with the consult
I am happy enough with the consult, but I find that I am unable to do a collection at a local pharmacy. I am in Byron Bay and would appreciate any information you have about this.
It is cost me $15 a month for delivery

I switched to Alternaleaf hoping for a…
I switched to Alternaleaf hoping for a smoother service, but I’ve had repeated problems getting my medication. One order was delayed for over a week and ended up being refunded. More recently, another order was held, and the portal didn’t make it clear when I could order again. I live remotely, so delays hit harder. I had to see my GP in the meantime because of the delay. I emailed twice and spent over nine minutes on the phone with uMeds, but was only told to watch for emails. Alternaleaf has now asked the pharmacy to dispense my order, but the delays and lack of clear support have been frustrating. Has anyone found a more reliable provider, especially for rural delivery?
