Very happy with care and products

Above and beyond
The service was above what is expected and not that it was needed yet advising me that if disconnect they will call back on the number that I’m on. Not like some companies.

The only complaint I have is the price of the oil. I'm on a pension so it's a lot of money to fork out. I'm finding I'm having to miss taking oil every other day to make it last but then I'm in awful pain on those days and don't sleep well.

In all honesty it’s been very up and down no consistency and if you need to change anything with your script it’s quiet the headache getting a response I’ve been with Alternaleaf for about two yrs now and things still can’t run smoothly sadly

Horrendous scammers
Edit: You don't answers phones and constantly redirect to other departments. There is no assistance. I have been booted off my medication because a doctor cant do their job right and theres no help STAY AWAY.
Horrendous.
Treat you like shit. And randomly cancel your orders and scripts. Scammers.

The Doctor's patient engagement was the…worst I'd ever experienced from a medical clinician
The Doctor's patient engagement was the worst I'd ever experienced. I had followed the previous instructions to get a medical summary letter from my doctor. I booked an appointment as directed but instead of providing a summary she directed me to the clinic's new plant based medicine doctor. I saw the doctor and was prescribed medication based on my medical history. However the consultation was $165, I'm on a disability support pension and cannot afford both the consultation as well as the medication so I booked a consult with Alterleaf because my script was going to run out one day before I was due to refill my script. I wasn't allowed to fill the script a day earlier. When I informed my Alterleaf doctor she said she couldn't prescribe while I still had an active prescription and that I had to make a consultation appointment with my plant medicine doctor to discharge my active prescription even though the reason I was attending a consult with her was because I couldn't afford a consult with that doctor. She said too bad, not my problem, not my responsibility, rules were rules. I have no option but to find another Plant based telehealth online clinic. I am so disappointed by her attitude and how I was spoken to. A little kindness and a caring attitude goes a long way, even if the situation was beyond her control, it was not necessary to be abrasive and Intransigent when dealing with someone vulnerable with C-PTSD.
