I am really pleased with the excellent product as it look fantastic. Two of the packets was damaged on their ends but these were hidden when laying them down on the bedroom floor so no issues.

Excellent service

Very helpful on the phone: I received some free scotia samples within 48 hours. Having found a good match, I ordered several lengths which were competitively priced, well packaged, and delivered promptly. The scotia appears to be of very good quality: easy to saw with mitre cuts without fraying the patterned veneer, and easy to pin to skirting board without splitting.

Very impressed

Very impressed. I ordered a single low-value item (a hardwood floor door bar) but communication was good, shipping prompt and packaging very robust. Recommended.

Tester colurs

I ordered samples but was not aware that they were sachets but they were ok just applied, they went on well, i will decide tester and go back for colour when decided.9

The flooring looks great although we…

The flooring looks great although we havent laid it yet. Delivery was difficult, coming a day later than scheduled and then refusing to help to offload. I had to carry 29 packs into my house and then the driver threw the palette into our skip, refusing to take it with him when he left.

Dameged goos shipped

I bought 5 stair nosings When I unwrapped the cardboard tube 3 of the nosing were badly split. Whoever packed them must has seen the were damaged and I am amazed they were sent.

Sorry to hear that you've received some damaged trims. They weren't sent damaged so this must've happened in transit. We're awaiting some images then we can refund/replace anything that's damaged.
