I have been looking at various samples…
I have been looking at various samples for engineered wood, and then I had a sample from Ambience and decided on the one to buy - now people buy from people, and the flooring was lovely but the customer service after was brilliant, I had an issue (no fault of Ambience) that I needed an additional plank and nothing was too much trouble for them, I mostly dealth with Vaughan and Chris - excellent wood, excellent service, will be definately using them again.

I've used ambience a number of times over the last two or three years. They have a broad range of quality products, well worth a look, delivery is good too. They also offer good advice and are nice people to do business with.

Quick delivery and great customer service. I was looking for a specific shade of wood to match my flooring, they have listened and delivered promptly. Any issues quickly answered promptly and rectified in a speedy manner. Great! Will definitely visit again.

I looked around for the right wood and…
I looked around for the right wood and wood colour, feel onto Ambience Hardwood Flooring, and they sent me some samples, I then ordered and the process was simple, however after the order I forgot to put the delivery date for a day I would be home, again customer service and "Vaughan" replied to my message straight away and arrange delivery for a day I was in no bother at all, just had it turned up and so far so good its lovely.
