I looked around for the right wood and wood colour, feel onto Ambience Hardwood Flooring, and they sent me some samples, I then ordered and the process was simple, however after the order I forgot to put the delivery date for a day I would be home, again customer service and "Vaughan" replied to my message straight away and arrange delivery for a day I was in no bother at all, just had it turned up and so far so good its lovely.

Really helpful while deciding with the samples. Samples come so quickly.

Arrived the following day , yet to use the product but great customer service.

The customer service was absolutely first class from the minute I placed the order.If I contacted them for delivery updates they were really helpful.There product knowledge was also of a high standard.

Very pleased with the flooring, i havent fitted the flooring yet, i was kept upto date when it would arrive, the delivery driver was very help full too bringing all the boxes to my front door as the pallet they where shipped on would not fit through my gate

Good price, the only place I could find a long enough threshold in wood. Delivery was quick and the delivery company DX were brilliant, very flexible and good communication. I had a slight issue with the precise cutting of the wood but Ambience customer service was fantastic, very quick to respond and resolve the issue quickly. Overall very happy.

Just absolutely amazing I've used these guys a few times and they never fail to impress ,this time I needed floor glue I ordered some the bag was burst on arrival it was quick and simple to fix and the replacement arrived faster than they said it would .. absolute life savers ,brilliant informative friendly staff too
