Hi, I ordered a 5 gal. pail of pool paint on Thursday evening 5/9. I understand that the order was not processed till Friday so I assumed the order would have been shipped on Friday or Monday. I received a phone call yesterday, Friday 5/17, explaining that my order shipped on Thursday 5/16 and I can expect it on Monday 5/20. They claim they tried to contact me earlier in the week but couldnt locate my contact info. to make sure someone would be home to receive the order even though my order online with ALL of my contact info. stated that I was not requiring a signature upon delivery. This is unacceptable to me and my customer who expected their pool to be painted this week. I will not be ordering anything else from AmeriMerc in the future.

After nearly 10 years our above ground pool steps needed to be replaced. After searching the internet and comparing step prices AmeriMerc had the best prices. Added them and few other items to my shopping cart, and bingo bango they arrived just a few days later. Free Ship is always a bonus. The light we purchased was an add on purchase to go with the Princess entry steps. We cannot wait to enjoy our new steps and light!!

Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

Our pool pump went out shortly after preparing our pool for the spring/summer season. I tried to have it repaired but the local repair shop said it could not be done, and would be more cost effective to replace it. I went online to search for the best deal on a replacement pump and found AmeriMerc.com. They had the best price and could deliver within 3 days. In fact, their price was about 35% less than the local pool company wanted. The pump arrived exactly when they said it would. I've already installed it and everything works great. Their customer service people were great as well keeping me up to date with tracking information. I would recommend them to everyone.

I waited untill the eleventh hour to see about replacing the liner in my 11 year old Ester Williams 30'x15'x52" above ground pool, so being on a long waiting list I decided to order it on line and do it myself.
I haven't ever installed any sort of pool liner before so needless to say i was more than worried about several things going wrong, usually if it starts good that is a good sign.
Well AmeriMerc was easy to find on line, had exactly what I was looking for, sent it to my front door at least a week before I expected it. (what a great start)
I removed the old liner, leveled and tamped the sand, installed styrefoam cove and installed the new liner in one 12 hour day, next day filled it with water and piped in the pump and filtering system.
It is dark blue with a cross pattern that matches my wooden fence to the tee.
Thank you AmeriMerc for helping me make something go so well that could have been a disaster, (Everyone should give AmeriMerc a trial order) !!!!!!!!

Bought a 24 foot round solar cover, good price, advertisement said purchase over $100, shipping is free. ooohh wait, but handling is still 7.99. Gotcha! Most people would think free shipping is free shipping and handling, So I would have to go with a little bit of sleazy advertisement.

This was my first purchase with AmeriMerc. After checking many places for the item I wanted I ran across AmeriMerc and they had the lowest price on the item. I called them with a question and the person that answered was very nice and helpful. I now check back with AmeriMerc when I am looking for something. I would recommend AmeriMerc to anyone looking to buy pool supplies .

This company has some of the best prices and they are great on the shipping and handling prices as well. Not like some of the places where it costs you more to ship than to buy. They are prompt on sending the item and I always get it quick. Excellent to do business with.

My purchase was easy, I was searching for specific part numbers and was taken to their webpage. Was able to get a better price for a 4 pack purchase. I then went out and check around and could not find a better price. Fast shipping.
