I found this company good to deal with being polite and helpful on the phone. The oven was very good value and arrived when stated. The delivery men even unpacked the item to check its condition on arrival (which protects both buyer and seller). I wish all online purchases went this smoothly, well done. Thanks.

Amazing customer experience
After searching on curry’s for a suitable washing machine I did a quick google search once I had decided on the model
I wanted to see if it was cheaper anywhere else. This is where I came across appliance electronics. The price was better than Curry’s and they also offered free delivery. Within an hour of ordering the washing machine someone telephoned to ask if they could deliver the washing machine the following day!
I was given a time scale of between 10 & 3 and advised someone would ring half an hour beforehand.
On the day of the delivery I was telephone to advised they were 35mins away. Two men came and put the washing machine in the utility room, took all the packaging off. Explained about taking the fixing bolts off and even moved my old washing machine out onto the drive ready for the scrap man. Amazing customer services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

The company went out of its way to deliver quickly and on time. Staff on phone were incredibly helpful and the phone was answered very quickly. Delivered at the expected time by a very helpful man. Delivery is shocking!
When I ordered it said 1-3 working days. It took 5. I also booked and paid for collection of my old appliance. The evening before delivery I received an email to say the old appliance had to be outside and the new appliance would be delivered to the doorstep only.
I am disabled and unable to move large fridge freezers, so I called them, followed up with a email cancelling the order.
The following morning I received a call to say the delivery driver was 3 minutes away. I explained that I had cancelled the order and was told if I didn’t accept the appliance I would be charged £95 delivery costs, even though I had cancelled the order!

Fridge freezer to the door in less than 48 hours
Ordered a Hisense fridge freezer late Sunday evening and it was delivered, superbly, by 7pm on Tuesday. Delivery team Raj and Arnold were very efficient in unboxing and setting up the appliance and also took the time to show functions. Excellent service all round, would highly recommend.
