I bought an RC car from Appliance Electronics and accidentally stripped a bolt in the aluminum gearset case while installing some arm guards. I called and spoke with Shan, who was extremely helpful and understanding. All I had to do was send him a few photos via WhatsApp, and within a couple of hours, he called back to let me know a replacement part would be arriving the next day. No forms, no hassle—just fast, reliable customer service.

Very helpful emailed regarding update on delivery , and emailed straight back .
Only downside were given 1-7 pm delivery , driver did ring when 10 mins away but was towards end if the day , no update before then so had to wait in all afternoon, very friendly and helpful delivery men

Appliance Electricals poor customer service
Appliance Electricals only deliver to my county on a Thursday - at no place on the website did it state that (other days other areas but not my county). I was excited by the 1-3 day delivery window and I booked annual leave - my appliances arrived a full 7 days later and I had to book yet more time off work. I made multiple telephone calls and sent emails, emails went unanswered and telephone staff unable to help. The delivery arrived over an hour outside of the 3 hour delivery window and left me with all the packaging. Would not recommend.

Very good overall experience
Purchased a Hisense washing machine from them after researching various sites including the big 'C' store. Appliance Electronics beat all on price, delivery costs - ie free! - and recycling costs. Good communication regarding delivery. Really friendly and helpful guys Raj and Nick. I would recommend people check them out when considering appliance purchase.

From order to delivery, the whole process ran very smoothly....
The whole experience was excellent, ordered a fridge freezer online over bank holiday weekend. Contacted the company on a couple of occasions by phone, staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Info re delivery was as explained and we were kept informed.
Val and Curtis delivered the fridge freezer today, called half an hour before their arrival. They were friendly, and very efficient, happy to answer questions.
The fridge freezer is now in place.

Competitive pricing and quick delivery
We were able to purchase the fridge freezer we wanted at a competitive price and with quicker delivery than most other retailers. It arrived undamaged and the 2 men who made the delivery were very friendly, polite and helpful. Also had the old fridge freezer collected which was a useful optional extra.

After 3 failed deliveries from Amazon I…
After 3 failed deliveries from Amazon I decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere, I googled the American Fridge Freezer that I wanted and found ae , wow, fantastic price, plus the very quick delivery was dated for today and it actually arrived as promised, I was kept in the loop all the way through from actually getting a phone call from ae explaining the delivery process, then an hour before delivery I received a phone call from the driver saying they were on their way to me, then the delivery van arrived and the two guys Raj & Nick were the friendliest & most helpful delivery crew that I've had the pleasure to meet, their a 100% credit to your company.

I will definitely use you again as my first choice next time.

We ordered an American fridge/freezer for delivery when we returned from holiday.
Excellent communication with actual delivery date and time.
It was delivered by Vas and Clif on time , with no problems and a lot of humour.

Took my money for a product they didn't have
I ordered an item that showed as being in stock, money was taken and I even received a tracking number and an email confirming that I would receive my item by next day delivery. Only to be informed at a later date that they had oversold the item. No apology and refunds would take up to 10 days. A nice way for them to improve their cashflow.

We brought our new fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics, about a week ago now. The service we have received was perfect, we was looked after from the start. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly, polite and did everything to make sure our needs were meet. The delivery team were also very friendly and polite with a really fast delivery time from order to receiving our appliance. Our fridge freezer was delivered with care and placed where we needed it.
I would 100% recommend Appliance Electronics to any customer the prices and customer service won’t be meet elsewhere. I will be using this company from now on for our appliance purchases.

I recently ordered a gas hob from them but had a terrible experience, the hob i ordered had a heat element broken on one of the burners and the guy alex who works in the support tried to blame it on me saying you had a chance to check the delivery properly to what i replied that i am not an expert at checking gas hobs as the damage is underside the plates and finally after 10 calls and many emails they decided to replace the gas ABBSOLUTELY AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SELLER THEY WILL BLAME IT ON YOU!!
