Our previous contractor had shocking customer care, trying to get extra units for our 3 depots was proving difficult. Making a decision to look for a complete new contract lead me to Aquacool.
The professionalism and customer service promise from this family run firm was second to non, and I have faith in them delivering.

Dreadful. Avoid this awful firm at all costs. They have been very unhelpful, aggressive email responses, no decency whatsoever. Our water turned green shortly after delivery, staff felt sickened using the water cooler. Times must be hard for them to be so unpleasant. There are plenty of better places to buy water from (and water that doesn't turn green in days of being delivered).

We had been having many issues with a previous supplier and reached out to Aquacool.
Gillian was excellent and talked through the whole process, this was such an easy transition.
Upon the delivery of our new unit, we had been supplied a different model. This happened to be an upgraded model and the company agreed to install at the offered price! Win Win!
The customer service team are always on hand to answer any queries promptly and our water bottles are delivered on a regular basis.

Great prices in comparison to other companies. They're reliable and a drop in service every fortnight, to collect empty bottles and replenish stock, is a great addition. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly, especially Joe our delivery driver.

We are a GP surgery and we find Aquacool so efficient and on the ball, from first star delivery from our driver Hussain to collecting the empty bottles without us following up !
