Aquacool is a great company, I always get my water delivered by Ben, he always installs the water for me and takes my old bottles away, he is always so polite and always checks if I need more water! Plus the water tastes great and it’s very cold!

My company arranged a drinking water machine for our welfare.
Luke dropped off the water machine and he messages me every week about if we need any exchange water, if I am not around here he delivers the water and takes the empties away.

My experience started on the telephone with Noel who was so informative, patient and helpful. Then it continued though email with more information and help choosing the correct water cooler for our office. Then the engineer came to install the equipment and again couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. We now have a super machine which is perfect for our office kitchen and the staff are very happy.
