Really poor quality mower.
Really poor quality mower.
The first came with the box open, missing parts and clearly already used.
The second came with a frayed grass box and height adjuster that is unusable. It slips out of position and some positions you can’t even get it in.
I won’t be asking for a 3rd. I’m just getting a refund.

I was not happy with the cutting height…
I was not happy with the cutting height and the finish to the lawn. After the agent checked the mower they could not find anything wrong. I have had the blade sharpened but still waiting for drier weather to test it again. But to date far from happy with purchase.

ATCO GTX 48HR 4WD; 3rd time broken and no ETA to fix.
Bought an ATCO GTX 48HR 4WD. 9 hours on the clock and this is the 3rd time it has broken down. Local approved dealership has closed permanently, next closest estimate 3/4 weeks to look at it. Very frustrating considering how expensive it was. Emailed ATCO but no response. Product quality and post sales very disappointing.

Design fault…
Bought a Attco 18i linear mower approx 5 months ago and have cut the grass 4 times due to it being repaired for a new motherboard which took 6 weeks for parts. Got it home and worked first time then wouldn't restart. Decided to investigate myself and found the plastic handle is so weak and flexible that unless you hold it close to start button it won't work. If you look at other mowers the starting handles are metal. Design fault. Just stay clear as Attco really aren't very good.

Atco claims goods would be sent faster than it takes to cut a football pitch, they must cut it with nail clippers. Took four working days for which I paid for a next day delivery, which put myself out of pocket waiting.Overcharged for delivery

Prompt and helpful response
I need to fit a towing hitch kit to my tractor mower but not sure which if any were compatible. A single online enquiry got a fast and accurate response - out of normal working hours - and I was able to put the item on order
