We have just reserved our flat with Avant at Richmond Heights with Faizah today . We are very happy so far with everything although still early in the process we have been put at ease by Faizah who is very helpful & friendly .

I have recently reserved a plot/house on Hackett Grange, Radcliffe on Trent. I arrived at the Sales office at 9am to enquire about a property. The office didn't open until 10am, fortunately for me, Keiran the Sales Agent for Avant Homes, was willing to start his working day an hour early. He was extremely professional & helpful and more than willing to try & help me in the best way possible. By 10am I had been shown around a plot/completed house and was on my way to reserving it. Keiran is an amicable friendly sales person, who has the quality of combining a seemingless effortless high standard of professionalism, whilst at the same time making a client feel valued and at ease. He is very knowledgeable about Hackett Green and the surrounding area of Phase 1 of the building site. He has an excellent insight into the structure of the houses, the land they are built on and the purpose of the balancing pond. He was keen to express how Avant Homes are ensuring that wildlife is encouraged to thrive in the area by keeping existing trees, adding hedgehog tunnels & integrated sparrow & swift boxes amongst other measures.
Keiran has shown his commitment to me and Avant Homes by making the process of buying an Avant home an easy & pleasant experience. He has explained fully the buying process. I have been given useful information & I have a good grasp of the next stages that will happen in order for me complete the purchase. I feel completely supported by Keiran & Avant Homes. I am confident in knowing that I can approach Keiran at any point if I have any questions. Brilliant service thank you.

Myself and my partner went to view a house on 29/05/2026 at Earls Park, Holmewood and to have a conversation about some options and other properties. We had Louise on the day and she was really nice, patient, understanding and extremely knowledgable. We couldn’t have had a better experience and it was smooth sailing from every aspect.

We’ve had a great experience with our new build at Darach Fields Robroyston so far.
Andrew the assistant site manager has been super helpful and always on hand to give us advice and sorting things quickly.

Was in the process of purchasing a new build and paid my reservation fee. At the last moment and without proceeding any further I cancelled my reservation. Although the sales person initially extremely accommodating and helpful, the minute I pulled out that all changed. What really got to me was the extremely personal and rude message sent to me once I had cancelled. I don’t want to go into details but it was one of the most unprofessional and quite frankly rude dealing with any company I have dealt with. This of course is not directly at Avant but one of the sales team. I felt like I must be the only person that has ever pulled out of buying a new build. Glad I didn’t buy it in the end but that not the fault of Avant.

Louise was absolutely lovely to work with during our visit to Earls Park in Holmewood! She was incredibly welcoming, listened closely to exactly what we wanted, and kept our preferences in mind throughout the whole process. The houses themselves are beautiful, with fantastic finishes and a really welcoming feel. While we ultimately decided on a different property that fit our current needs a bit better, we highly recommend Louise and the team for their amazing service.

We recently moved into our new home at Darach Fields and couldn't be happier with the support from our site manager, Andrew. He is incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and always approachable—whenever we ping him, he responds straight away and comes over to check on things personally.

​He’s been fantastic with our snagging list, ensuring everything is sorted properly from major items down to the very minor details. He even went out of his way to help us install our washing machine when we moved in, which was a massive help. Andrew's excellent communication and helpful attitude have made the whole moving process so much easier. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Avant have been great from start to finish, and everything in between. My original review was unfortunately removed by Trustpilot during their verification process, but I wanted to repost because our experience has genuinely been very positive.

Communication from the sales team could have been better at times during the process, but there was a staff change, so it was understandable.

It’s now been 6 months since we moved in, and we’re really happy with the house. The site team and after-sales service have been amazing throughout. Any snags were dealt with promptly and professionally, and the house was built to a very good standard. Overall, a really positive experience with Avant Homes.

Our experience at the start prior to moving in was really good with Jenn / sales manager & Martin / site manager.
The issues started after we moved where the after sales service has been very poor. Our problem is with the turf in the back garden in particular is a disgrace. Clearly poor drainage & not been prepared properly. 1 day of rain it’s like a swamp with barely any grass.ive had 2 seperate companies refuse the job to cut our grass which tells its own story . I’ve emailed twice with zero response which is disappointing as well as contacting Chris - site manager and still nothing.
Really not acceptable

Paul Weatherston came over to the Jackton Green site from the east coast to support the electrician who was retrofitting some under kitchen unit lighting for us. His background in kitchen installation meant that he could pinpoint the best approach, avoid units needing to be removed & channels dug into walls. The kitchen was left clean & tidy afterwards too 🌟

I live at Stewart’s Quarter and today the lovely Andy (Jones) came to sort out a few issues for me. He’s such a great guy, so friendly and nothing is too much bother and always working to a high professional standard. In fact everyone on site has been really helpful and I thank them all. Team Avant is amazing.

Excellent service from start to finish, was very dubious about buying a new build after hearing all the horror stories but we have been more than impressed, any issue we have raised they have been sorted promptly and the after care team have been nothing short of excellent in dealing with the snags etc. would highly recommend avant homes to anyone thinking of buying a new build.

Due to an unfortunate event I needed to look for somewhere quickly. I came across the Bennerley view site in Awsworth. Absolutely beautiful homes and the great help and advice I got from Julia made it a more manageable and less daunting experience. Julia’s exceptionally knowledgeable and no question is too much.

Just reserved a house at Thistle Meadows in Tranent . Was welcomed by a wonderful sales advisor named Cate. She’s was friendly and very helpful . Nothing was a bother. Also visited nearby development at Blindwells to see show home . Sales advisor Steven also very friendly and helpful . Caroline (Sales Manager) went through the reservation with me and explained the process . They are all a credit to Avant . Looking forward to moving in to my new home when complete .

We moved into our new build at Stewarts Quarter at the end of April 2026. Firstly, Vivienne who took us from reservation to completion, was amazing. She communicated with us fully throughout the process and no question was ever too much. On completion, we did have an array of issues. We experienced a few stressful days but the aftercare service has been great. The customer care team have been super proactive and understanding. Especially Holly and Thomas who have been so attentive and reassuring throughout the full process. They have taken on a lot of our stresses and have endeavoured to get it all fixed within a suitable timeframe. Without these guys, this process would have been stressful and very grateful for their continued support.

Big shout out to Andy (andrew jones) who attended our property this week to carry out numerous jobs for us. Andy is salt of the earth and we couldnt ask for a better joiner. He reassured us about some of our issues, fixed everything to a high standard and was a pleasure to have in the house. Avant are very lucky to have Andy representing their brand.

Staff member in sale centre was lovely and imformative
