Some companies do care about their customers
No spare part for my actual model but they actual researched other models and found the part. They could easily have pressured me into buying a new vacuum but they didnt and saved me from having to purchase a new one. Order came after 2 days and courier kept me notified about delivery day and time window and were spot on. Its a pleasure to do business with a company who value their customers, people are quick to add negative comments but rarely positive ones so here's a very deserved good review.

I'd seen the Beldray Airgility Pro…
I'd seen the Beldray Airgility Pro cordless vacuum cleaner advertised on a shopping channel,went onto beldray's website to check the full specifications.Notice that beldray were charging £20 pounds less than the shopping channel (which included the delivery charge)for the same vacuum,so I bought it from beldray.The vacuum cleaner was delivered within 3 working days of ordering,
