Great tools!
Great items, easy to use and made immediate impact. The crevice brush made cleaning the shower grout quick and easy. The floor mop with detachable cloths was easy to use and clean. Takes up less space than a conventional mop and bucket.

Worth waiting for
Despite having to wait 6 weeks for delivery due to an error in postcode when we contacted customer servuce who were very helpful and arranged for a redelivery. So we now have received our step ladder and are delighted with the product. So top marks to Beldray customer services.

Bad experience
I ordered clothes airer from this sell over 7days ago and ever since then I didn’t heard anything from them. I chatted with one of their representatives and he ghosted me. No communication or updates on my order.
Never buy from this seller.

cordless vacuum, plastic clips broken, new motor unit
easy order process, spare motor unit was at surprisingly low price.
Design problem with cordless vacuum, flimsy plastic clips which hold it all together but must withstand repeated use, and they are not strong enough.
I didn't notice that a second piece had broken, off the dust container, so will now have to order that, too.
Fast delivery at reasonable cost, well protected in good box.

Battery out of stock
Needed a new battery (£30) but was out of stock, so bought a complete vacuum cleaner for £60. Delivered in a couple of days. Will buy the battery when it becomes available so we have one vacuum cleaner downstairs and one upstairs.
