Bought a cordless hoover 3/12/25
Bought a cordless vacuum about 2 months ago.
Tried to order a replacement battery. For which I was told that they don't stock the battery. So now I've a perfectly good hoover,which I cannot use.
What a waste of money.
And Beldray themselves, did nothing to help
Bad Customer Service.
They will never have my custom ever again.
I have just received an email from BELDRAY. Telling Me that they don't do replacement batteries or adapters,for this hoover. ( Model )Even though they manufacture and produce this Hoover. And all the advisor says...is there anything else I can help You with. 🤔
They have helped Me with Nothing. Shoddy Customer Service ⭐️ And that's far too much.

Excellent customer service
I bought a cordless vacuum 2 years ago and it suddenly stopped working. Knowing the guarantee was 12 months, I reached out to Beldray explaining the issue. They kindly sent me a new battery which fixed the issue. They did not have to do this but they did. Excellent customer service

Great communication for delivery. Product is VERY good value for money. Am so pleased I purchased this steamer. The number of accessories that come with it are a little overwhelming at first but once you get used to what attachments are for what job, you’ll be glad you have them! So far, have cleaned laminate flooring, upholstered dining chairs and a headboard and all have come up thoroughly clean. Really recommend this product.
