Quick professional letting service from start to finish
I recently used Beresfords to find new tenants for my property in Braintree, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Debby, Archie and Christine worked well as a team. They dealt with queries promptly and found suitable tenants quickly. I’d happily recommend Beresfords to any landlord looking for a reliable agent.

I cannot recommend Beresfords Estate Agents in Upminster highly enough. From start to finish, the team has been absolutely outstanding. They are easily accessible, exceptionally professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping you achieve a successful sale.
What really sets them apart is their communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. Selling a house can be stressful, but the team at Beresfords made the experience far smoother by keeping everything moving, providing regular updates, and going above and beyond to help progress the sale all the way through to completion.
A special thank you to Charlotte Micallef (Director), Josh Sutherland (Senior), and Charlotte Walker-Hebborn (Sales Progressor). All three have been exceptional. Their professionalism, dedication, responsiveness, and hands-on approach have made a real difference, and their support throughout the process has been second to none.

I want to highlight the exceptional service recieved from Rylie Kingsnorth who not only secured a tenant within 3 weeks of listing as promised, but navigated a not so straightforward situation surrounding this process.
Thank you to the rest of the team that stepped in whilst Rylie was away briefly. Im glad I went with Beresfords and withdrew from a competitor agency who were not able to secure a tenant for the same fee in more than double the time.

Beresfords was recommended to me by a friend and indeed they did not disappoint. The staff was very good in informing me every step of the way with the marketing process, always available either in their office and responding quickly to my email enquiries. Finally my property was let out within three weeks which was above my expectations and an excellent result.

I cannot recommend Hannah at Beresfords Letting Agents in Colchester highly enough.
From start to finish, Hannah has been absolutely fantastic. She is professional, friendly, approachable and incredibly efficient, always keeping me fully informed and making the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
What really stood out was Hannah’s communication and willingness to go the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always quick to respond, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service.
